Gas-jacketed kettle (gas double-jacket pot) for commercial kitchens and food processing; uses LPG or natural gas as heat source for fast, direct heating and economical operation.
Working principle
Gas burner fires into the jacket/burning chamber at the pot base, generating direct flame heat transmitted through the jacket to the product for rapid temperature rise.
Material
All food-contact parts are manufactured in SUS304 or 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene.
Ignition and control
Equipped with electronic spark ignition and user-friendly controls for reliable start-up and adjustment.
Safety device
Flame failure / flameout protection is fitted to prevent gas leakage and ensure safe operation.
Discharge type
Most models use a manual tilting mechanism to efficiently discharge product from the pot; suitable for high-viscosity and batch processing.
The gas-jacketed kettle uses LPG or natural gas as the heating medium via a jacket system to achieve fast and even heating, suitable for commercial cooking and industrial food processing.
Discharge is commonly by manual tilting; agitator options (standard or planetary) are selectable based on product viscosity and mixing requirements.
