Product overviewFruit and vegetable washing line removes soil, impurities and some pesticide residues from the surface of fruits and vegetables efficiently and gently, while maximizing protection of the product skin and preparing items for subsequent cutting, deep processing or packaging.
Main processing sections and corresponding machines of vegetable washing line:- 1. Sorting (optional): select spoiled and rotten vegetables and transport qualified vegetables to the next process. Machine: Sorting conveyor.
- 2. Conveying: feed the selected vegetables into the washing machines for continuous operation. Machine: Hoisting conveyor.
- 3. Washing: core section of the production line; removes sediment with high pressure water spray and air bubbles. Machine: Bubble washer machine.
- 4. Second washing (optional): rinse vegetables again after the first wash to thoroughly remove surface impurities (for very dirty vegetables). Machine: Bubble washer machine.
- 5. Removing surface water: vibration screen for drainage equipped with multiple air knives for air drying to remove excess surface moisture, preparing for subsequent packaging. Machines: Linear vibrating sieve and cooling drying conveyor.
