ANKA® Display systems
ANKA® displays by Wöhrle are your indispensable aid to communications. They provide information, help, warnings and support. Several language levels within one device mean that your information system is international.
The display systems are easily coupled to the PLC or PC either serially, or via fieldbus. We supply drivers for a large number of control systems with every display unit.
They are particularly cost-effective in that up to 250 subsidiary displays can be operated from one display unit. It is also possible to form terminal systems. And up to 15 groups each with up to 15 large displays can be controlled from one serial port. So there is no limit to the opportunities for combination.
ANKA® text display units
ANKA® text display units by Wöhrle are used to increase the availability of automatic processes. The choice of equipment is huge. From straightforward text monitors to the most advanced systems. Display unit designs range from 2 x 20 characters to 4 x 40 characters.
ANKA® text display units with keyboard also enable reactions from the operator to be entered, as well as event reporting.

The EL display is ideal for medical, transportation, military, and industrial applications that need to highlight important information under extreme conditions. Planar's EL displays endure extreme temperatures (-50-+85 celsius) and high vibration environments.
EL320.240-FA3 is 320 column by 240 row flat-screen, multi-colour display based upon thin film electroluminescent (TFEL) technology. Ted and green sub-pixel elements are formed on an amber, ALD-based substrate by applying an organic filter to a glass cover panel. Offering the same high performance, visual characteristics, and “at-a-glance” viewability of Planaräs monochrome EL-product line, the EL320.240-FA3 will add critical colour capabilities to the inherent ruggedness of this proven display technology.

With the ALD technology - used in creating Planar's electroluminescent displays - where the layers used to coat the display are extremely thin, it is possible to create transparent layers on the display surface. As there are no liquids involved, the displays can be bent or curved to any imaginable shapes. Demos have been developed on a mirror-surface and other even or uneven surfaces can be made into a display with Planar¡'s unique technology.
Planar's EL display range combines long life time with endurance and great visual performance. Traditionally electroluminescent displays use a non-reflective back electrode, which enables high contrast and over 160-degree viewing angle even in high ambient light. The displays have been designed for the most demanding conditions: extreme temperatures and high vibration environments. The operating temperature range of EL displays is -50 degrees Celsius up to +85 degrees Celsius. Properly mounted they can withstand high shock loads as well as severe vibration found in demanding applications.

FEATURES
The A200E is a weight amplifier indicator based on a microcontroller. All the operations of configuration and weight calibration are done by front keyboard. The instrument is equipped with a main display to show weight and an auxiliary display to show the operator guide messages. The base version foresees three digital inputs, three digital outputs and two serial line outputs, a primary bi-directional line and an auxiliary one with transmission only.
The primary is available in RS232 or in RS485 mode to operate in multidrop network. ADOS has implemented as standard both the logic protocol MODBUS and PROFIBUS-DP by the gateway IPBUS1 (option). Options allow to expand the number of digital outputs from three to eleven ( S and D versions) and with options V or A it is possible to have an analog optoisolated output configured for 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The A200E is equipped with a real time clock that allows to include date and time on printing reports. According to several applications, ADOS supply software versions for multicomponents batching and /or complex weighing process systems.

The G4-PM indicator is a new generation of multiple weighing indicators.
It is based around a main frame with:

A 34 keypad pannel
One CPU unit with RS232; RS485 serial communication in Modbus RTU, an one Ethernet communication interface in Modbus TCP for easy connections to PLC & supervision.
The CPU card is also equipped with a USB connector for Back Up and restore or for a printer / key board connection.
The G4-PM can also handle up to 8 weighing channels through the WF-IN1 and WF-IN2 weighing cards with an internal 24 bits A/D converter and can reach a speed reading of 300 readings / sec or up to 1200 reading / sec with the weighing card HSWF-IN1 or 2.
Each weighing channel is equipped with 4 digital Inputs and 2 digital Outputs.
All set up can be done either on the touch screen or via the 34 push buttons keys pannel.
All set up can be saved and restore on the internal memory via the touch screen working under Widows CE.
Field buses: Profibus DP or Device Net can be installed on the CPU card as an option.

Setra's SuperViewtm weight indicator includes the SuperII's feature set and familiar, intuitive menu structure. Designed to interface to strain gauge load cell bases, SuperView will drive up to twelve 350ohm load cells and has checkweighing and counting functions built in, with no programming required to use them. 2MB of internal memory provides space for storing APWs, tares, etc, as well as an internal transaction log.
The SuperView features a new and unique touch-capacitance-sensing keypad, which has no moving parts therefore cannot wear out mechanically and is protected by a polycarbonate bezel to prevent physical damage. Application:
•Designed ESD system as per latest technical specifications and the actual working conditions. Apply to the effective control of SSV (surface safety valve), SCSSV (surface-controlled subsurface safety valve) and wing valves, etc.
Features:
•Well opening via hand/electric/air-operated pump, meanwhile, it features pressure self-maintaining and automatic compensation, any pressure drop due to ambient temp drop or leakage, the accumulator will automatically compensate the pressure.
•High & low pressure sensors are installed on the wellhead oil transmission line, in case of higher or lower pipeline pressure than the set value, the high and low pressure sensors will cut off the control circuit quickly, thus, the wellhead is turned off.
•In case of a fire on the wellhead, the fusible plug will be melt when the ambient temperature is reaching the melting condition, so that to shut down the wells.
•Automatic pressure relief. Surplus high pressure will be released to maintain the wellhead normal operation whenever temperature changes or mis-operation happened.
