Vertical cable coil storage provides a considerable saving in space compared to the traditional ground storage systems. Space utilization rations can be as high as 1 to 5 if the drums are arranged vertically up to heights of 5m, allowing on average 5 drum levels.
This system not only allows for a better use of space but has other advantages such as:
„X quick identification of the drums to be withdrawn;
„X quick withdrawal of cable lengths directly from the stored drum.
The drums are fastened to a shaft with locking cone on supports that allow the rotation of the drum and therefore high speed unwinding with our machines.
Our racks are also provided with patented safety system (quick functional operation) to prevent the drum coming out of position and this allows the operator to work safe however the drum is placed (cable top up or down).

Cantilever racking is specially designed to store long items or items of varying length, such as metal beams, pipes, moulding, wooden planks, pipes, and metal and plastic sheets among other materials.
Depending on the height and weight of the merchandise, either light or heavy duty racking are available. Both can be fitted on one side of the structure only, or on both sides.

| Cantilever is mainly used for the storage of long stuff such as rolled section steel, steel tube, plates, wire lines and so on. Upright shaft is usually made of H type steel or cold rolling steel, square tube, cold rolling steel or H type steel are used to make arms. Cantilevers are assembled to upright shafts by composite type or supplier of bolts&nuts which is also for the fixation between base and uprights. Level height is adjustable. Loading and unloading of goods can be done manually or by forklifts. The height of cantilever racking is usually lower than 2500mm (the height up to 6000mm by using forklifts for loading); length of arm is shorter than 1500mm, and accordingly loading capacity is no more than 500kg per arm. Cantilever racking is mainly used in the Mechanical Manufacturing Industry and market for building materials. |

Drive-in racking is ideal for homogeneous products with low levels of turnover and a high number of pallets per article type. This system offers the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.
Advantages:
- Maximum use of available space (85%).
- Elimination of aisles between the racking.
- Rigorous entrance and exit control.
- Drive-in racking can generally accommodate as many article types as there are loading aisles.
Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
Drive-in racking can also be used in construction of clad-rack professional buildings whose most striking feature is that they do not require the existence of a building prior to construction. |

| Drive-in racking is also called corridor-type racking, composite structure, specialized high-intensity drive-in brackets, high-strength drive-in beam, frames are connected to top beams by bolts manufacturers&nuts. The depth of the single side drive-in racking which is against the wall should not be more than 6 pallet locations, and that of double side drive-in should be less than 12 pallet positions so as to ensure the loading efficiency of forklifts and stability of racking. It's best to make drive-in lower than H11000mm because of its not so good stability which is the weakest compared with other racking system. The drive-in racking should be equipped with back, top cross beams, etc. to stabilize the racks. This type of racking is densely arrayed, making full use of storage space; both "first in first out" and "first in late out" are available, suitable for storing few types of goods with large quantity. Widely used in milk, drink industry, and also be welcome by cold storage. |

Buffer Storage Track: LIFO
The LIFO-principle: the last will be the first. So the goods will be picked that have been stored last. Up to six pallets, each 1000 kg, can be inserted by means of forklifts. As normally a seperation and breaking is not necessary it is cheaper than flow-through tracks.
The advantage of the LIFO-principle is the optimal use of the space.The filling point is as well the picking point. So the shelf modules can be mounted with its back to a wall.
