Our 4SR-BN tools have the same full eccentric primary grind, and 40 degree flute helix as our 3SR series. MultiVario - the upper class concerning chip production
The MultiVario-Cutter is the result of the progress made before concerning HW (HM) and HS (HSS) milling tools. The aim of the development was, above all in the field of the chip production of XPS material (extruded Polystyrol), to design a milling tool that is able to achieve moreover best surface qualities under high production conditions.
