Using the CENTOR technology, the CENTOR W digital torque gauges have a very large graphic display and show a maximum amount of information for more efficient measuring: they show the current reading and the peak value at the same time, and a bar graph to show the operator whether they are close to their maximum capacity. If necessary, the backlighting can be used to further enhance reading comfort.
Its advanced measurement chain enables it to use a sampling rate of 1,000 Hertz with a resolution of 1/10,000 FS and a total error of less than 0.5% FS.
Many other functions complete the possibilities of the gauge:
the Set point functions can be used to carry out “OK, NOK” tests: a symbol appears on the display.
The fully programmable RS232 output sends the data to a PC. A digimatic output can be used with Mitutoyo statistical printers.

RON 2150 Dynamometer is a unique combination of the smallest and lightest load cell with a very large display.
The small and light load cell ensures portability and low headroom loss for any application. The large display ensures readability from a considerable distance.
RON 2150 also offers two systems in one: the removable display enables the user either to hold the large indicator in his hand or snap it very easily onto the load cell. By this means, the user's personal safety is ensured as under no circumstances will he have to approach the load in order to read the result: he will either hold the remote indicator in his hand or read the large display from a safe distance.
The separation of load cell and display also increases the system's durability.
The load cell's unique perpendicular hole structure neutralizes external moments and thus improves safety and accuracy.
RON Crane Scale and cable Dynamometer series are used for weighing during lifting, overload prevention, force, load and tension measurement and cable and wire tension monitoring and control.
Cable Dynamometers are often used by electricity and communication companies for cable and wire tension monitoring and control. RON systems low weight ensures their portability and makes them especially suitable for these applications.
A marine version of the RON 2150 Shackle Type is also available for offshore applications.
All Crane Scales and Cable Dynamometers are factory-tested and supplied with a test certificate, including a fully traceable calibration chart.

The dynafor® LLX2 dynamometers are precision appliances (0.1% ), for measuring pulling force and indicating loads. The capacity scale ranges from 500 daN to 6300 daN.
A dynafor® LLX2 is made up of a sensor and a mobile display unit. A two-way radio link-up using the 2.4 GHz wave band conects the two components.
16 radio channels are used. Each display unit and sensor have their own address, enabling unequivocal identification in the event of a multiple set-up.
The specific, patented shape of the attaching head enables you to use either standard shackles or standardised accessories for chains.
The LLX2 is available in two versions: Standard version with interlinking anchoring rings in the perpendicular surfaces, or an optional version with the anchoring rings both on the same side. The standard version enables articulation of lifting accessories on both sides, thus avoiding stresses due to load movements and enhancing appliance precision.
These assemblies are put together on our production line and cannot be modified later by the user. The technologies implemented on a radio and software level offer, aside from the standard uses to be expected from an industrial dynamometer, multiple configuration possibilities that combine several sensors with several display units. They also offer access to advanced function such as: saving, threshold management, monitoring etc. The PC - USB link permits to dowload, save and manage measurements data.

Super high-speed sampling at 2000 times/second. Digital hold and peak hold functions. Ideal for measuring the dynamic phenomena of loads, pressure, torque, tension, etc.
The AD-4532B is equipped with a 2D (5-level) comparator function. This function makes it possible to determine the acceptability of the total result by performing a sequential comparison while shifting between the upper/lower limit in five levels using a time axis or an external input (trigger). The AD-4532B is ideal for use in measurements such as a press-in operation, which require changes in the comparison value as time elapses. The five comparators can also be used separately. The comparator judgment is indicated by a highly intuitive, tricolor (Orange/Green/Red) LED on the measurement data display.
The AD-4532B also features a chatter-prevention function. If bouncing of the comparator value occurs repeatedly near the upper/lower limit, a heavy burden will be placed on the relay circuit and other parts. To prevent this, the AD-4532B has a function to set the hysteresis width and time.
The AD-4532B comes equipped with an analog amplifier voltage output (±10V), a D/A analog voltage output (±10V), a comparator output and a Modbus-RTU input/output. In addition, we offer an optional BCD output, RS-232C input/output, D/A analog voltage/current output (±10V / 4-20mA) and Ethernet. The upper/lower limit setting, the zero compensation function and the hold function can be executed via Modbus-RTU.
Please see the AD-4532B catalog for further details.

The DFS-II is a system used for testing the force on the tip of the tool of a wire bonder and in some die attach bond heads as well. The DFS-II system scope displays a wave form that permits the user to establish whether there is excessive vibration, impact force or unwanted movement on the bond head as it touches down on the surface of the DFS-II Sensor. The wave form can then be printed on the on board printer for hard copy recording.
This is a perfect tool for calibration, troubleshooting, setup and verification of machine operation. Both force and time duration can be measured in actual units (force in grams and time in milliseconds) without the need of conversion charts or extra calculations. The DFS-II can be used with wire bonders of any type (automatic, semiautomatic and manual) and of any manufacture. Maximum force measured by the sensor is 500g.

The Centor Star is the most advanced force gauge currently available, it has become the benchmark tool for force measurement. Besides having all the functionalities of the Centor Easy, it also provides additional handy possibilities: with its graphic capabilities, it can calculate and display in real time, not only the maximum, but also the values of the particular points of the curve, such as the rupture force, force on a trigger, force at a given time, first peak, etc.
The new features:
– Maximum within a time window: makes it possible to define a particular time period for a test and to calculate the maximum force during that period while keeping the test maximum in memory
– Calculation of the time necessary to reach the maximum force in tension or compression
– Average force over the duration of the test
All these results are stored in memory (up to 100 tests) which allows statistics to be calculated on the maximum values and on configurable calculations, then sent to a PC along with the dates and times of the measurements.
Furthermore, it is possible to freeze its configuration to avoid handling errors. It is the most versatile instrument designed for all tests in industrial surroundings.
