A space-saving, single/double-sided pull-out rack for the storage of all kind of products, which must be accessible quickly and easily. The fully retractable support arms, which can be extended using a manually operated handle, are supported on hardened steel rollers, and are equipped with permanently lubricated "sealed-for-life" needle bearings. Vertical cable coil storage provides a considerable saving in space compared to the traditional ground storage systems. Space utilization rations can be as high as 1 to 5 if the drums are arranged vertically up to heights of 5m, allowing on average 5 drum levels.
This system not only allows for a better use of space but has other advantages such as:
„X quick identification of the drums to be withdrawn;
„X quick withdrawal of cable lengths directly from the stored drum.
The drums are fastened to a shaft with locking cone on supports that allow the rotation of the drum and therefore high speed unwinding with our machines.
Our racks are also provided with patented safety system (quick functional operation) to prevent the drum coming out of position and this allows the operator to work safe however the drum is placed (cable top up or down).

The Cantilever system is constructed from Vertical central columns with horizontal arms that are adjustable in height.

Cantilever racks
Cantilever racks are particularly suited for the storage of long goods and bulky parts. This kind of storage system allows the arms to be horizontally inserted into the vertical columns. Despite the heavy loading capacity of the arm, this remains flexible and moves sidewards and upwards when hit for example by a forklift truck. Arms and goods remain undamaged. The columns are punched every 100 mm in order to fit with the sizes of your existing warehouse. The arms can be adjusted without any use of tools. The cantilever racks can be used one-sided or double-sided, many variations are possible.
