The SNR single-row radial contact ball bearing range is suitable for the most diversified applications. Designed essentially to sustain moderate radial loads, these bearings, which are the most commonly used, also sustain moderate axial loads in all directions. They are particularly suitable for applications with high rotating speeds and when energy loss limitation is sought.
Technical data:
• Standard steel sheet, or solid cages, or polyamide cages (with 25% glass fibre fill)
• Nitrile Seal or baffle
• Normal or increased clearance (C3). Other clearance categories are available on request.

large slewing ring pre-loaded for robotics and for applications where high stiffness and accuracy are requested
|
|
INA slewing rings are known worldwide as premium products in the field of rolling bearing technology. These machine elements have proved themselves many times over, have high load carrying capacity, a versatile range of applications and are highly cost-effective. Due to their design, a single bearing can reliably support radial, axial and tilting moment loads. It is therefore possible in many cases to replace bearing arrangements comprising a combination of radial and axial bearings by a single bearing. This reduces, in some cases considerably, the costs and work required in the design of the adjacent construction and the fitting of bearings.
Slewing rings are sealed on both sides, lubricated with a high quality grease, can be relubricated via lubrication nipples and are particularly easy to fit. The bearing rings are supplied without gear teeth or, in order to achieve simple drive solutions, are available with external or internal gear teeth.

Now you can get a turnable bearing that offers high performance and rfeduct weight in medium-duty applications - the K-Series bearing from Rodriguez. With the aid of advanced design and analysis techniques, we have been able to reduce the weight of our earlier K-Siries turmable bearings without sacrificing load handling performance. This optimized geometry means you get bearings that are easier to use and apply while offering the same high performance of our earlier bearings.
Custom designed bearings also available.

We manufacture chain rings especially for rotary chains according to DIN 8182 / DIN 8188 / ANSI 29.10 / RO3140 / RO3160, which can be screwed or welded directly on a drum. The chain rings are CNC milled and powder or inductive hardened on request. All chain rings are pre-fitted according to a special procedure so that they fit 100% on installation. It goes without saying that we also supply the matching, ready-to-mount pinion. We generally manufacture rotary sprocket wheels to all graduations.

Spindle bearings are single row angular contact ball bearings comprising solid inner and outer rings and ball and cage assemblies with solid window cages. They cannot be dismantled. The bearings are available in open and sealed versions.
Spindle bearings have restricted tolerances. They are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements with very high requirements for guidance accuracy and speed capacity. They have proved highly suitable for the bearing arrangements of spindles in machine tools.

Thin section ball bearings applied in robot wrists; high stiffness and accuracy. Available in 4-point contact version as well as in angular contact configuration
|
|
RBC thin section ball bearings are engineered to solve a variety of
design problems that cannot be solved with conventional ball bearings.
A bearing is considered a thin section when the bore diameter is greater
than four times the radial cross section. Within any thin section bearing
series, the cross section remains constant as the bore diameter changes.
Typically the cross section is twice the ball diameter, and nominal
dimensions are given in inches.
RBC thin section ball bearings are most often found where space limitations, combined loading, and weight restrictions pose unique design
requirements.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Thrust bearing in hardened steel with iron or plastic cage, or in iron with carbonitrided rails and execution with full ball filling.

|
RKB thrust ball bearings are manufactured in single and double directions. They can carry only heavy axial loads.
The single direction bearings consist of shaft washer, housing washer and ball cage assembly.
Thrust ball bearings with sphered housing washer can be used with sphered seating housing to compensate the misalignment between the support surface and in the shaft.
The boundary dimensions of RKB thrust ball bearings in metric size conform to ISO 104/1979.
They are produced to normal tolerance class in accordance with ISO 199/1997.
RKB big size thrust ball bearings are normally fitted with machined brass cage (suffix M). Machined steel cage (suffix F) is available.
They are generally used to take over heavy pure axial loads, to carry shock loads and to be stiff into a little axial space.
Double direction cylindrical roller thrust bearings can be easily obtained.
In case of more rows, the rollers have various lengths and are alternatively mounted.
The boundary dimensions is conform to ISO 104/1979.
In order to guarantee a proper arrangement of the rolling parts for the satisfactory operation, they have always to be submitted to a given minimum load.
Both machined brass and steel cages are available as standard.
RKB production range also includes inch size cylindrical roller thrust bearings.
There are standard design variations of RKB inch series. Each design is based on a standard single acting with addition of special components: the AT aligning type; the crane hook thrust type; the DT double acting thrust bearing and the DAT aligning style combination of DT and AT types; the SDT simplified double acting thrust.

Torque Transmission's Thrust Bearing design incorporates the optimum combination of molded nylon retainer, with hardened grade steel balls and washers. The self-lubricating property of nylon, combined with the hardened steel, high-grade balls reduces friction and the micro finish thrust washers reduce noise and increase durability.
We manufacture high quality thrust bearings in a wide range of sizes - standard, metric and custom dimensions - to meet your specific application.
High Quality Construction:
- Retainers are injection molded 6/6 nylon held to a rigid design criteria assuring consistent quality
- Hardened steel balls are grade 100 tolerance (±.0001", ±.0025mm)
- The thrust washers are hardened finished to micro 10
