Most of the materials used in industry can be cut efficiently with WOMA's Eco Top Cutter. Materials to be cut include alloyed steels, concrete, reinforced concrete, high-strength ceramics.
Different types of cutting tools are available for linear cuts (walls, floors) or circular cuts (tanks, pipes) in materials with different thickness.

LDSA The Automated Cutting Systems, leader in the manufacture of waterjet cutting machines on French territory presents its new generation of compact table type "LC Jet". The system relies on a homogenous and convivial whole using all the state of the art techniques known to date.
The whole thing is piloted by an entirely digital CNC FANUC (No.1 in the world), the latest generation, enabling ease of use and providing up till now unequalled precision in the trajectories. The very high water pressure feed is supplied by a KMT model SL V. The Man/Machine interface is managed by Windows and enables all the possible developments. The system is planned to function in masked time without surveillance: numerous sensors and a camera enable the remote testing and guiding of the system via a computer network or via internet. The whole thing is very compact and uses solely very high quality components for increased reliability.
The system equipment with its automated and motorised loading/unloading enables the user to load and unload the machine in complete safety. This also enables a considerable gain in productivity since the loading/unloading operation is performed in masked time whilst the machine is producing.
This system is ideal for integration within the high productivity of an automated process.
