New Bihler bushing machine RM 40B
Highest productivity, precision and process security in bush manufacturing
Perfectly designed for the manufacture of cylindrical, straight bushes and flanged bushes, the RM 40B can produce these types of bushes without problems from 6 to 18 mm inner diameter and up to a maximum of 40 mm in long (max. strip dimensions 1.5 mm x 40 mm). The machine speed is infinitely adjustable and varies subject to the type of bush. If the speed, for flanged bushes (collared bushes), is at 250 1/min, it climbs to 400 1/min for cylindrical, straight bushes.
Bihler offers the RM 40B as cost-effective complete package. Consisting of compact basic machine, standard accessories (mechanical gripper feed, strip professional straightener, 70 kN 12 mm stroke two-point eccentric press, two 30 kN normal industrial slide units with 25 mm stroke, 30 kN central mandrel with 50 mm stroke, 60 kN transverse professional press with 35 mm stroke, rotary table drive, user and personnel protection), tool components (basich tooling, two sets of tool fixtures) and the new user-friendly Bihler VariControl VC1-E the customer obtains added-value which pays off immediately.

The machine consists of a frame which includes a saddle consisting of a longitudinal slide, a traverse slide and a swiveling table (on request).
The tool is secured to the head of the tool-holding slide, which vertically professional slides on the fixed and tilting head. An eccentric saddle connected to a connecting rod, transmitting the movement to the tool-holder, gives the movement. The speed regulation is obtained by means of a frequency switch that changes the motor revolutions and, therefore, the slide jogs. |

Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM) is based on Faraday's Law of electrolysis. It may be used for machining, drilling, grinding or de-burring.

Process control
The control of process variables is achieved via information fed from instruments and gauges to the industrial process controller. Machining parameters are recorded and may be displayed in graphic form on a machine-mounted screen.
A signature analysis of the optimum parameters used for any particular operation can be established. Should the parameters deviate from pre-set bands, a warning signal is generated, allowing suitable action to be taken. As this is often an early warning of potential malfunction of some element of the system, serious damage is avoided.

S 300 R
The S 300 R rotor hobbing machine is based on the tried and tested modular system of the S series medium range of machines, and was specially conceived for rotor manufacturing requirements. Given the cutting forces typical of this type of application, particular attention has been placed on the rigidity of moving components; in fact a strong and stable hobbing suppliers of spindle with a high swivel range guarantees jolt-free hobbing of even the largest rotors, with or without coolant, whilst a powerful, fast, high-torque tool drive ensures top-quality performance, when single index milling small rotors or when cutting larger workpieces. S 900-2000
The S 900-2000 series is a universal and modular line of hobbing machines, conceived to satisfy a wide range of applications. High performance machining of straight and spiral gears; crowned and tapered gears; worm gears; cluster gears and special profiles (such as compressor-type rotors); oval gears; herringbone gears (gears with a double helix); and internal gears. This series can utilise any hobbing technology, from single-cut form milling cutters, to HSS or manufacturer of carbide tools for wet or dry hobbing applications, or roughing and hard finishing tools, and it is ideal for machining both internal and external gears. Chamfering and deburring using an NC-controlled hob suppliers of spindle and relative control unit is also optional.

The block saw holds blades with diameter up to 1.700 mm.
The movement of both the spindle manufacturers-holding Carnage <3 na the beam are in an oil bath, always precise, rapid and well protected.
Once the beam has reached the correct position, it is blocked laterally on
the bridges by means of a double oil-pressure device.
The two bridges move on sliding blocks with play adjustment along the
professional guides, which are housed inside the columns, well protected by labyrinth professional seals.
The spindle-holding carriage is moved horizontally by an electric motor controlled by an industrial inverter.
The 550 mm 0 horizontal blade spindle is mounted vertically on one side of the carriage and it can be adjusted in height by a box and pinion assembly powered by a reducer with inverter-controlledA/Cmotor.
The unit is equipped with a mechanism for the automatic compass movement of the blade.
The rectified and dynamically balanced spindle shaft guarantees an exceptional precise rotation.
