These machines are easy to operate and are delivered with all options and accessories you need for cutting with water or with abrasives - at a great price! Resato International currently offers a complete line of Powerjet RCM waterjet cutting systems. The system consists of a Powerjet waterjet cutting pump and a RCM cutting table. The cutting tables are characterized by their robust and stable construction. They are standard supplied with industrial CNC for control of the various axis. By way of a mobile control panel with touchscreen colour monitor, cutting programs can be selected and the cutting table, the waterjet cutting pump and the electronic abrasive feeder system can be remotely controlled.
On the colour monitor the cutting programs can be simulated and the cutting order of the various products or parts of the product or parts of the product can be made visible.
The RCM cutting tables are available in various standard sizes and can be supplied with one,two or three cutting heads that are adjustable in height. The cutting heads can be operated independently of each other. As an option, custom-made machines with more than three cutting heads can be delivered.

The whole thing is piloted by an entirely digital CNC FANUC model (No.1 in the world), the latest generation "OPEN" model, enabling ease of use and providing up till now unequalled precision in the trajectories. The very high water pressure feed is supplied by a KMT Waterjet Systems pump model SL V "OEM" version integrated to the Machine frame. The Man/Machine interface is managed by Windows and enables all the possible developments. The system is planned to function in masked time without surveillance: numerous sensors enable the remote testing and guiding of the system via a computer network or via the internet. WaterCut cutters for baking are waterjet cutting machines designed to cut foods. They are particularly aimed at the baking, confectionery and catering sectors. Different models are available, for traditional confectionery workshops (Model 172), for high production (Model 272) or for continuous working (Model 372).
These machines cut food products with a high-pressure waterjet and cutting grids of 40x60 cm. Their size is compatible with baking trays of 40 x 60.
It is possible to obtain traditional cutting shapes (rectangles, squares, etc) and also more complex forms (ovals, animals, scanned figures, etc.)
WaterCut is really easy to use. You put the tray with the product on the machine, select the cutting shape required on the touch screen, and the cutting process then begins automatically.
