AH-MA Low Emission Air Make-Up Burners
Eclipse AH-MA burners are designed for trouble-free make-up or process air heating. They produce a uniform, odorless, and smokeless flame which is ideal for heating fresh air in make-up and process air heating applications. The AH-MA design provides stable operation over a wide range of velocities, inputs and fuels.AH-MA easily passes all global standards for indoor air quality through a wide operational range. It is ETL listed, complying with ANSI Z21.20 design standards, and is used in systems which meet ANSI Z83.4 / CGA 3.7
emissions standards for NOx and CO. The new aluminum burner body creates a lightweight, corrosion resistant burner. Divergent air wings are made of stainless steel. The burner bodies supply fuel to the center of the air wings to control the air and fuel mixture inside the burner and to optimize emissions and efficiency. AH-MA burners combine advanced engineering with installation and operational features that are truly world class.

The ImmersoJet (IJ) is a nozzle-mix tube-firing burner that is designed to fire at high velocities through small diameter immersion tubes.
The combustion gases from the burner scrub the inner tube surface and produce high heat transfer rates. This, in combination with the high velocity flow through the smaller diameter tubes allows for system efficiencies in excess of 80%.
The smaller IJ tubes also have smaller bends which means less tank space is occupied by the tubes. With a combustion chamber that is integral to the burner body, the new version of the ImmersoJet can sit lower on the tank than previous IJ models.
This burner is available with the Eclipse HeatPak packaged valve train - flame safety option.

Outflow Nozzles made of Molybdenum and Tungsten
W nozzles with Iridium Inserts
Outflow nozzles made of refractory metals are used in the production of glass and ceramic wool at the tank exit in melting equipment with a protective gas atmosphere.
A decisive factor for achieving optimal fibre quality in the wool is an absolutely constant and centred molten stream, which is guaranteed by the use of special nozzle insert materials such as iridium or rhenium. Our special technique for connecting the nozzle and the insert enables us to achieve maximum service lifetimes.
Product Description:
* Standardised blank shapes with individual iridium or rhenium insert diameters
* Design according to customer drawing

Hauck's BBC Gas/Oil Combination Beta Burner is designed for exceptionally long life in continuous or intermittent operation in furnace, kiln and dryer environments. The BBC is well suited for applications operating under back pressure. Burner capacities range from 2.5 million to more than 100 million Btu/hr (730 to 29,300 kW). Preheated air versions are available up to 900°F (480°C). The BBC is designed to operate with all types of industrial fuel oils, including heavy oils, and with all industrial fuel gasses with or without preheat. The burner can fire with diverging tiles or converging tiles for shorter, higher velocity flames.

These are burners with two progressive stages which, when used with a controler PID, becomes modulating.
The turndown ratio is 1 : 3 when they are burning oil and can reach 1 : 10 with gas.
For these two fuels, the management of the air-fuel mix can be mechanical, pneumatic (AGP® system) or electronic (GEM® system).
All our burners can be fitted with low NOx class III combustion heads, guaranteeing low emission in accordance with European standards EN 676 and EN 267.
The RTC® system completes the equipment of these burners.
It gives them:
- total accessibility, an essential characteristic of simple and easy maintenance: the combustion components are completely removed from the combustion head, regardless of its length, in a single manoeuvre,
- integral backup of the combustion adjustments,
- quick cleaning facilitated by compact mechanical components.
- time saving thanks to the use of standard bolts and unions.

|
|
More specifically adapted to the industrial process, these burners with separate fans are available with two progressive stages and are modulating, via the use of an electronic regulator (PID).
Minimum of 1 : 3 when burning liquid fuels and can reach 1 : 10 or more with gases.
The air-fuel mix can be controled mechanically or electronically (GME® system).
In order to guarantee the minimum level of polluting waste, these burners can be fitted with low NOx class III combustion heads, complying with European standards EN 676 and EN 267, or with a combustion gas recirculation (RGC® system).
They burn all current liquid or gaseous fuels. The can also burn all kinds of liquid or gaseous products either to benefit from their calorific energy or to dispose of them by pyrolysis (EDP® system). This can be done with the product alone or by mixing it in the flame.
The separate fan and the possibility of modelling the shape of the flame (FGV® system) means that CP burners can be adapted to the exact needs of the generator or industrial process.
This fan offers all the known advantages of separate treatment of the combustion air:
- increased accessibility to the heat generator,
- quieter operation either via fan speed control (Variatron®), or via a silencer on the air inlet,
- the possibility of reheating, drying or humidifying the combustion air.

FlueFire Duct Burners
The Eclipse FlueFire is an in-duct burner which can be located directly in exhaust gas streams and is also suitable for fresh air operation or incineration applications. FlueFire burners consist of a rolled steel channel framework internally insulated and covered with a heat resistant sheet which is attached on the mounting frame and provided with expansion
allowance.
Burner modules are manufactured from high temperature alloy steel, precision cut by laser to ensure uniformity. This, together with the self-cooling design, enables the burner to function with inlet temperatures up to
700°C (1300°F) and outlet temperatures up to 1200°C (2200°F).Each burner module comprises a 6" stabilization plate perforated to create a local swirl in the turbine gas. Rows can be fired individually, or provided with vertical flame propagation plates linking each manifold row.
A turndown over 10:1 is generally obtainable across the full burner matrix without the need to isolate burner rows. This enables the burner to meet changing heat demands while maintaining uniform distribution across the duct area. The design of the FlueFire burner ensures intimate mixing of the turbine exhaust gases with the fuel which creates exceptional flame stability at 100Pa (0.4" w.c.) pressure drop across the burner even on low calorific gases, which in turn ensures clean combustion with low NOx emissions. This is achieved by swirling the turbine exhaust gases intothe gas jets.

The M.A.S. injection system creates single air jets. Between these air jets zones with negative pressure are created. In this way hot secondary air is drawn strongly into the flame. Thus provides a quick and homogenous mixing of secondary air with fuel and combustion gases, a rapid ignition, a hot sharp flame, best heat transfer to the clinker bed and excellent burn out conditions.
