JCT Machinery DLH-5 is a 5 L laboratory vacuum double planetary mixer designed for mixing, dispersing and degassing materials with high viscosity and high solid content. It is suited to laboratory R&D, pilot formulations and small-batch production in chemical, pharmaceutical, materials and electronics sectors.

Structure

• Mixing container: stainless steel construction, vacuum-capable, smooth interior for easy cleaning.
• Stirring paddles and revolution frame: optimized paddle geometries mounted on a planetary revolution frame to ensure full-area mixing.

Features
The agitator rotates on its own axis while revolving around the container centre (planetary motion), eliminating dead zones. Vacuum mixing prevents air entrainment, improves density and uniformity and removes entrapped bubbles—critical for applications requiring high purity and void-free results.
