Capacity: 5000L Production Process: - Add 107 glue, base material, and crosslinking agent into the first screw machine for mixing and stirring to form the first premix. - Add the first premix and white carbon black powder into a second screw machine for mixing and stirring to form a second premix. - Add the second premixed material to a third screw machine for dispersion, mixing, and stirring. - The second premix in the third screw machine is vacuumized and degassed. - Add white oil, silicone oil, and a catalyst to the third screw machine, and disperse, mix, and stir with the second premixed material to obtain a semi-finished product. - The cooler cools the semi-finished product to room temperature. - The pressing machine pressurizes the cooled semi-finished product. - The mixer mixes the pressurized semi-finished product with the colorant. - The packing machine packs the product to obtain finished silicone glue.
