The double planetary mixer for personal skincare products is a high-efficiency mixing unit engineered for medium- to high-viscosity formulations used in cosmetics and personal care production. Two planetary agitator groups rotate on their own axes while revolving around the mixing cylinder center, ensuring intensive mixing, dispersion and homogenization. The design supports processes such as emulsification, homogenization, dispersion and vacuum degassing, delivering fine, stable textures suitable for creams, lotions and gels.

Working principle
