AB Series machines are medium duty fillers ideal for repetitive dispensing of various liquids for fill volumes ranging from .05 to 260 cc per nozzle. This single nozzle filling machine incorporates a variable speed electrical gearmotor drive. This rotational drive turns a crankshaft that drives a volumetric piston pump called a "Filling Unit". The Filling Units are accessories that are offered to dispense a wide range of liquids. The Filling Units are fabricated from either glass or Stainless Steel. The machine is offered in three models that operate at a maximum rate of 85RPM, 35RPM, and 23RPM.

NM 5002S
Modern technique combined with Norden´s long experience has made it possible to build one of the fastest tube filling line in the world.
The NM 5002S is a five head filler with a maximum output of 500 tubes per minute and is suitable for handling of plastic and laminated tubes with diameters ranging from 19 to 38 mm.
Two robots synchronised with each other feed the tubes to the machine. Several functions in the tube filler are servo driven, such as the main drive, the tube transport system, the filling pumps, the lift at filling, etc. The machine is prepred for two or three colour co-exstrusion filling.
The transfer of the filled tubes from the NM 5002S to the cartoner NP 5002S is made by a servo driven pick and place unit taking five tubes at a time by the cap first. The servo driven main motors of the two machines are synchronised by an "eletric shaft".

The new generation of vacuum fillers are specifically designed to fill liquid products or sauces into rigid containers such as glass jars, aluminium or tinplate cans. The containers handled may already contain other products such as: fruit, peeled tomatoes, tuna fish, meat, vegetables, etc.
Functions of the machine :
The table top chain conveyor delivers the containers to the infeed screw, which is constructed with a variable pitch to facilitate their entry. This screw is synchronised with the infeed starwheel, which tranfers the containers to the filler. At the beginning of the filling area, the containers activate a "no can-no fill" device, which allows the first phase of the operating cycle to commence. The following phases are activated by means of a roller/lever which turns by means of cams joined to a ring concentric to the filling bowl. Description
The volumetric filling system by dosing cylinders is particularly indicated to fill viscous and semi-viscous products such as creams, shampoo, conditioners etc.
The piston is manufactured entirely in stainless steel AISI316 (dosing cylinder) and anodized aluminum (pneumatic cylinder).
The filling volume is set by means of the hand-wheels on the cylinders. By turning the hand-wheels the stroke of the cylinder and consequently the suction volume of the product are regulated.

The Chico basic configuration is provided with the following modules
- Filling system with pneumatic piston fillings.
- “Non-drip” and “anti-foaming” nozzles connected to the related pumps. The provided nozzles are suitable to the product to be filled. The nozzles are entirely manufactured in stainless steel AISI316, and they can be easily disassembled to facilitate the sterilization operation. The pipes connecting the filling heads to the related pumps are manufactured in a material suitable to convey the product to be filled.
- Manual height adjustment through hand wheel to easily adjust the nozzles to different bottle sizes.
- Product hopper with different capacities according to the request. It can be connected to the customer’s storage tank.
