These are automatic shrink sleeve wrapping and shrink overwrapping machines with integral tunnels. This range of machines with various width dealing jaws can handle two types of wrap. One, a sleeve wrap with openings at the pack sides. Two, a totally enclosed wrap with the film shaped by a "forming shoe" into a tube around the product. Sleeve Wrapping - Sleeve Flex
The sleeve wrapping technology consists of passing a load through a film curtain, which is then sealed forming a tight sleeve, which is subsequently shrunk.
Our Sleeve Wrapping Lines come in two different types; a Sleeve Flex followed by an Easy Flex , used for wrapping of appliances with large variations in length and width, and a Sleeve Flex followed by Vertical Shrink Columns, where the loads turn during shrinking while the shrink columns are stationary.

The Wraps UK ES60 manual two reel sleeve wrapping machine is the lowest cost method of producing a shrink wrap for transit purposes. The system consists of the ES60 sleeve wrapper and the M25.40T shrink tunnel. Each machine uses a 13 amp single phase electricity supply making it an extremely mobile wrapping solution.
Shrink wrapping for transit purposes uses Polythene shrink film, the lowest cost shrink wrapping film available. One reel of film is mounted at a high level and the other is mounted at a low level. The two reels are joined by the sealing head, forming a curtain of film through which the product is pushed.

If a manual sleeve wrapper is not fast enough to meet production requirements then the next step up in speed is the semi automatic sleeve sealer. Wraps UK supplies the PAF Easy semi automatic sleeve wrapper combination tunnel range for applications up to 10 products per minute.
With a semi automatic sleeve sealer the product is placed on the infeed by hand. Once the product, or collation of products, is positioned in front of the pneumatic infeed pusher, a button is pressed which starts the wrapping cycle. The product is pushed through the web of film and the sealing head then automatically cuts and seals the piece of film around the product.

The ECOFARD line is a complete range of semiautomatic and automatic sleeve-wrappers equipped with semiautomatic/automatic feeding to make multipacks of different size of various products (bottles, vases, jars, pots, cans, phials, cases etc) and/or to protect boxes integrating and/or replacing the use of carton boxes at end-of-line with great management advantages. Two different versions are available for each model: compact (MB) where the tunnel is connected with the sealing area, and sealer-plus-tunnel (BB) where the sealing area is independent from the tunnel.
The machine works in a very simple way: a pneumatic pusher drives the products from the loading area towards the sealing area. Then a transversal sealing-bar (that has a pneumatic movement and temperature is electronically controlled) cuts and seals the film. At this point the product enters the tunnel for shrinking. Ideal for medium-high outputs.

The wrapping/binding machines mod. AT01, are used to wrap (bind) palletized products with heat shrinking film. The machine wraps, welds and cuts the heat shrinking film, thus covering the packs as they pass through it, without the need of an operator.
The machine may also be added onto existing conveyor lines. The AT01 model automatically changes the coils to continuously wrap packs with different heights thus reducing film waste. It consists of 3 mobile winding groups with selection according to the packs' height.

TANGO machines produce bulls-eye wraps using both clear and printed film. These single roll, intermittent motion machines can wrap up to 20 bundles per minute and offer an array of infeed options including an inline infeed, an inline flood infeed and a side infeed.
