CP offers a wide range of rotating vane type air motors within a power range of 0.26kW (0.35hp) to 0.66kW (0.85hp). Most motors can be supplied as single rotation or reversible. Reversible motors have keyed shafts, while single direction motors can be supplied with threaded shafts or alternatives.

The plastic piston air motor has been developed for applications in the foodstuffs industry or in aggressive environments. This air motor is available in two models. The RM015 supplies a starting torque of 15 Nm (at 8 bar) and a continuous torque of 10 Nm. Maximum output is 160 W at 200 rpm. The RM025, supplies a starting torque of 25 Nm and a continuous torque of 12 Nm. This variant achieves a maximum output of 185 W at 160 rpm.

The SE spring applied and electrically released calipers can be used with standard brake discs, or clamp to the guide rail of existing equipment. Normally one or two units can be used per disc, but the number may be increased depending on the disc size and brake torque requirement.

The new - Air-Vane Motor Generation combines a multitude of technical possibilities with a very attractive price to quality ratio.
All external parts, including the spindle, are made of stainless steel; the motors are completely sealed; neither will compressed air escape, nor outside air penetrate.
The motors are therefore suited for standard use, even in the food-industry or in the chemical industry. They can also be used without lubrication (oilfree), however, with an approximately 15% lower power output. For the continued use with extreme dry air we offer custom units with specialized vanes. The motors can be operated either in right-or left-rotation. By the use of two external 3/2- or one 4/3-way valves the motors can be reversed automatically.
All motors offer the noted durability and precision of all tools.

Globe Vane Air Motors are available in 6 sizes ranging from 100 up to 8.100 W. Flange and shaft either according to IEC in size D71 to D100 (left row in picture) except for motorsize V1 which is available similar to B14 or alternatively in an inch-version - right row in picture.
