Graver Pressure Filters have proven their ability to meet any water filtration problem efficiently and economically in hundreds of installations worldwide, and in a wide range of industrial plants, municipalities and utilities.
Graver Pressure Filters are available in vertical and horizontal designs, in any convenient size, and with valve arrangements to meet any custom or special requirements.
For individual bed areas of 100 square feet or less, the vertical pressure filters are usually furnished. For greater areas, a horizontal pressure filter is more practical. In applications where a large quantity of water is to be filtered, a battery of filters is installed in parallel to provide the necessary throughput.

HIGH PRESSURE EFFLUENT FILTER
In difficult drainage environments, where you want to spread the effluent out as much as possible and ensure you do not clog your media, this high pressure filter will act as a second level of filtration and will keep your orifice lines clean. This filter is ideal for filtering solids before they reach the drain field, especially when you are working with advanced systems, pressure dosing systems, or poor soil conditions. The filter installs on the discharge side of any effluent pump. Dual stainless steel screens prevent solids greater than 1/20” from passing to the drain field. This filter is easy to install and requires no special tools to remove it for service. It is accessible from grade level.
FEATURES:
- Plastic construction offers high chemical resistance and durability
- Low profile design takes up less space and allows for greater serviceability
- Protects drainfields from solids
- 316 stainless steel screen with vinyl sealing collar for longer screen, easier cleaning, increased corrosion resistance and tight, no-leak fit
- Large effective screen area for longer filter time between cleaning
- Screen size of 30 mesh
- Easy to install and service
- Installs on discharge side of any Polylok effluent pump
- Independent third-party testing indicates a TSS reduction of 30-40%

Pressure Filtration
Pressure is used to remove small contaminants from the spent coolant. A pump forces contaminated coolant through the filter screen. As the filter continues to run, it builds up a thick residue on its surface, known as filter cake, which traps even smaller contaminants and keeps them from migrating thorugh the filter screen or disposable media.

The HoseGuard® is a simple, but efficient protection of a broken compressed-air hose. The air supply is shut off immediately by the HoseGuard®, should the volume of air exceed a set value. This "value" is preset by the manufacturer and is of course, set in a way that allows normal air consumption. when using air tools. The HoseGuard® is made so that it ensures a constant bleeding through a tiny nozzle, making the HoseGuard® return to zero position, once the broken hose has been repaired. The HoseGuard® remains closed until the quick-connection for the main pip has been disconnected.

Boreas Refrigeration Compressed Air Dryers with Variopulse
The proprietary design of Boreas heat exchangers incorporates large flow channels for low pressure drop, which translates into low operating costs. A built-in cyclone separator with our Ultramat zero-loss drain valve allows for the removal of condensed water without wasting any compressed air. The space-saving design brings cooling air in the front and out the top, allowing the unit to be placed next to a wall with other equipment on either side. All Boreas dryers utilise environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant and are available in either air- cooled or water-cooled configurations. Volume flows of 1.800 to 28.500 m³/h are covered by the Boreas series.

The ambient air given off by any compressor always contains water vapour. This depends on the ambient temperature and the relative humidity. When air is compressed, the volume decreases proportionally. This results in condensate formation. Condensate causes corrosion in compressed air pipe line, increases tool wear, faults in pneumatic controls, delayed response time, expensive down time, etc. Compressed air driers are used to separate the condensate and contaminants.

Champion Refrigerated Dryers
CRN Series 10-3000 scfm
Heat Transfer
RNC 10-15 models have the patented static condenser technology that eliminates the need for a cooling fan. These models include an on/off switch, longer power cord (8 ft), a timer operated drain with isolation valve on RNC, a float trap on RNC, and deliver heated outlet air to eliminate sweaty piping.
RNC models 25-50 benefit from our smooth handcrafted all copper heat exchangers.
Only large bore multiple tubes-in-tube designs efficiently split the airflow to acheive the
low pressure drop, high heat transfer.
RNC Series models 75-3000 incorporate heat exchangers crafted from multiple offset layers of press formed AISI 316 stainless steel. Press forming creates peaks and valleys that form media channels that are rich in fluid turbulence. This prevents fouling and maximizes engery efficiency.

Refrigerated Air Dryer
General’s Empire Series dryer reduces the moisture content in the compressed air to a 33 - 39 degree dewpoint. The energy you already have in the air is saved by re-heating the air automatically in the dryer after this water has been removed.
The result is dry air that you need for the process without losing the precious energy you have already spent producing the air.

The distribution unit costs less and can be installed without slopes to drain points, without separators and without condensate drains, but with simple “T” slopes coming directly from the distribution ring.
Lower maintenance costs:
- for the distribution network, as there is no need to clean line separators or check the operation of the drains, which at times may even be spread over very wide areas.
- for machine applications and pneumatic tools, as the absence of condensate eliminates the main cause of breakdowns.

SECCANT Regeneration Dryer - Safe and Low Maintenance Drying of Air and Gases
High Pressure Dryer SECCANT
SECCANTReasons for drying compressed air and gases
Compressed air and gases contain moisture and other contaminants that, if not removed from the air stream, may cause serious damage to the compressor system, tools and test pieces. Costly repairs and maintenance can result from accumulated corrosion, icing and dirt. The development of a failsafe, cost effective regeneration dryer for operating pressures of up to 350 bar / 5000 psig is an answer to the rising demand for dry and clean high pressure compressed air and gases.
How high pressure dryers work
Drying of the air and gas stream is achieved through adsorption. The molecular sieve with very large surface area accumulates water molecules from the gas stream. This process is reversible, that is, molecular sieve saturated with water molecules can be regenerated by a desorption process. Regeneration is achieved using a partial stream (maximum 5%) of the already dried medium. The low requirement of air for regeneration is due to the large difference in pressure between the between the operating pressure of 90-350 bar / 1300-5000 psig and the regeneration pressure, which corresponds to atmospheric pressure of 1 bar / 14.5 psi absolute. The regenerating air is channelled through the saturated molecular sieve and regenerates the adsorber by means of the partial decrease in line pressure.

M&C Universal Filters reliably separate solids, in particular extremely fine particles, occuring in analysis techniques in gas filtration, using very fine, deep-acting filter elements. Thanks to their universal design, the filters can also be used as separators (without a filter element), liquid filters or, with adsorption cartridges, as an adsorption filter. For ambient or medium emperatures up to 180 °C, a stainless steel version FSS or FT-H version can be offered. Heated filters up to 320°C are also available.

Varian’s Gas Clean Filter System prevents contaminants entering your GC. Contaminants in carrier gas would result in damage to the column, loss of sensitivity, and unnecessary instrument downtime.
The Varian Gas Clean Filter System, which is positioned immediately before your GC, consists of two elements: the connecting unit and a filter. The uniquely designed filter and connecting unit allow for quick replacement of saturated filters while preventing air from entering your system.
Varian Gas Clean Filters are available for three different impurities; oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons.
