* Modular design provides optimum field flexibility and short manufacturing lead time - have it your way fast!
* Heavy duty carbon steel construction for long life - Module constructed of 7 gauge carbon steel. Door, hopper, inlet and panels are all 10 gauge steel.
* Baked on, durable alligator green powder coat paint - All carbon steel components are 5-stage acid washed prior to powder coating for maximum paint adhesion. Painted inside and outside for unsurpassed weather and corrosion resistance.
* Vertical design of the Farr filter cartridges provides more efficient pulsing of dust, thus eliminating uneven dust loading associated with horizontally mounted cartridges.
* High entry cross flow inlet eliminates upward can velocities associated with traditional hopper inlets. The channel baffles installed in the inlet protect the filters from incoming dust and separate the larger particles directly into the hopper, reducing the load on the filters.
* The Gold Series utilizes Gold Cone® cartridge technology to deliver clean air and long life while utilizing the smallest floor space of any dust collector available today.
* Multiple filter media and pleat spacing options are available to best suit your specific application and dust.

Due to the star-shaped pleat of the filtering material, it is possible to have a large filtering surface in a small volume. It is used to obtain high separating degrees, even with super-fine dusts.
Uses: dedusting - finishing after bag or pocket filter - purification of compressor room....

Cartridge Filter Systems, a revolutionary concept, changed the way filter systems performed. The usual limitations to the filtration efficiencies offered by conventional bag filter systems and the related maintenance problems suddenly vanished.
APPLICATIONS
Cartridge Filter Systems (CFS) have several applications:
- Dust collection, pneumatic conveying, central vacuum cleaning systems, etc.
- In the industries where cleanliness of high order is expected (e.g. clean room applications), CFSs are used in the dust collections and pneumatic conveying applications.
- In the tissue culture, aquaculture, pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, premium sugar, decorative laminates, printed circuit boards, diffusion labs, etc. the dust has to be eliminated and only CFSs meet the requirement.
- For powder coating paints - in their manufacturing or painting process - CFSs are very useful. After pulverizing in a mill the powder paint has to be removed and collected pneumatically, at the end of which a CFS can collect all the paint. Similarly, paint can be recovered efficiently in the painting process. A special benefit that CFSs offer is the quick change-over when the colour is to be changed.
- In the coated paper industry, where high quality paper is manufactured, presence of dust in the environment can be detrimental to the quality of the end product. Collection of dust from the buff rolls (cotton bowls) with cartridge filter systems prevents re-entrainment of the dust into the atmosphere

Remove bulk water from your compressed air or gas system
Bulk water, which exists in air or compressed gas systems, causes corrosion of piping, damage to valves, cylinders, pneumatic tools and machinery, and reduces the effectiveness of aftercoolers/heat exchangers. Over 99% of bulk water can be easily and economically removed by installing a type XWS Water Separator. Your compressed air and gas system will operate much more efficiently with reduced downtime and maintenance costs. This upgrade will also improve the effectiveness of aftercoolers, refrigerant dryers, filters and other downstream equipment.
Options:
* Automatic float drain
* External electronic drain
* High pressure versions
* Stainless steel construction

Headline Disposable In-Line Adsorbers consist of nylon bodies filled with granular adsorption material with integral inlet and outlet filter pads. Four sizes are available, containing from 6cc up to 120cc of adsorbent.
Flow rates are the same as for grade 50 elements in the same size bodies. However, with adsorption, more important considerations will be the volume of adsorbent and the contact time.

Compressed air always contains moisture, traces of compressor oil and dust particles.
These impurities can lead to serious problems. Corrosion pockets or deposits build up in air tools and equipment. This makes them operate less efficiently and reduces the quality of the products manufactured. Maintenance work becomes necessary and costly downtimes occur.

Compressed air systems for commercial vehicles have to be protected against internal corrosion - and also against freezing under extreme climatic conditions - so as to maintain their functional reliability. The air dryer extracts the humidity contained in the ambient air from the compressed air; oil and impurities are separated via a filter integrated in the filter cartridge. MAHLE air dryers provide reliable protection against disturbances and premature wear of the entire compressed air system.

Compressed air is an important provider of energy for industry; what is often overlooked however is the need to provide quality treatment for this air. Compressed air contains condensate which, when cooled, will turn into water, causing extensive damage to both the compressed air network and the finished product itself.
WDRD refrigeration dryers actively remove this condensate to achieve near perfectly dry compressed air. The benefits are notable: less system downtime, reduced costs and maintenance, and an improved finished product. WDRD, thanks to its PlusPack heat exchanger (patent pending) and the most compact dimensions on the market, will prove a major asset in your factory.
* "Plug & Play" Design for Easy Installation and Operation
(WDRD10 - WDRD125)
* Small Space Saving Design
* Oversized Demister Separator Resulting in Excellent Liquid
Removal Over all Operating Conditions
* Low Pressure Differential Across The Dryer (1.45 PSIG Average)
* Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant
* Oversized Condenser to Operate in Ambients to 122°F (50°C)
* All Models Incorporate a Dewpoint Indicator

Air Dryer for Commercial Vehicles
Trucks installed with air-brakes apply the brake using compressed air supplied from the compressor, although the water content of the compressed air can cause rust and/or freezing in any equipment in the air brake system, leading to malfunctioning of the vehicles. The air dryer acts to remove any water content from the compressed air and delivers dried air into the air brake system. Nabtesco's air dryers have been adopted by all the heavy-duty truck manufacturers in Japan.

Refrigerated Air Dryer: IDFB, IDF
IDF refrigerated air dryer series, in compliance with the Montreal Protocol Regulations, uses refrigerants R134a and R407C to prevent any damage to the earth's ozone layer. (Medium size series use R22). Series IDF can accommodate an inlet temperature of 40°C. System efficiency is improved by using a high performance heat exchanger.

After compressing the air, the concentration of particles and moisture increases. This creates an abrasive mixture that can cause extensive damage.
Instruments and tools can malfunction, spray painting and breathing air can be rendered unusable, maintenance costs will increase and products will be spoiled.
The range of Atlas Copco's DD - PD - DDp and QD filters, when used in the correct combinations, will provide high quality air from 9 to 7200 l/s at nominal working conditions.
