Compressed air has many advantages in terms of safety, flexibility and economic use. However, more stringent requirements are continuously being made on the quality of compressed air Airpress compressed air filters are deliverable for many
applications, are easily maintained and are fitted with a differential pressure guage.
This allows easy evaluation of the filter quality and therefore the correct moment to replace the element. The compressed air filters are housed in an aluminium casing with a plastic coating. All filters are provided with an automatic condensate/oil valve, which can also be operated manually. The filters are designed for an operating pressure of 16 bar (Spare element = Item number/E)

After compressing the air, the concentration of particles and moisture increases. This creates an abrasive mixture that can cause extensive damage.
Instruments and tools can malfunction, spray painting and breathing air can be rendered unusable, maintenance costs will increase and products will be spoiled.
The range of Atlas Copco's DD - PD - DDp and QD filters, when used in the correct combinations, will provide high quality air from 9 to 7200 l/s at nominal working conditions.

HD High Pressure Filters
HD high pressure filter housings are designed for compressed air and gas applications up to 400 bar. Each housing can accommodate any of our standard range of filter elements for your specific need. Flow capacities from 30 to 720 m³/h nominal at 7 bar g are available. Modifications on request.

Even in a new installation compressed air is a heavily contaminated product. Dirt is ingested through the compressor inlet, oil is carried over from the piston, and water condenses out at the higher pressures. The demand for more sophisticated and reliable pneumatic systems can only be met by ultra-clean compressed air.
A well-designed coalescing filtration system will essentially remove all solid and liquid contamination, with minimum maintenance and operating costs. Headline coalescing filters remove 99.99% of solid and liquid particles and aerosols down to 0.1 micron, producing truly clean compressed air.

Compact module
•The main dimensions (width and depth) ofF.R.L. devices have been integrated into a com-pact module. Accurate assembly dimensionsare obtained with simple calculation.
Long-life element
•This element incorporates CKD's originalchemical fiber structure (patent pending), whichhas a rough surface and gradually becomesfiner toward the inside. Clogging is greatly re-duced, and the element life is greatly extended. There is no worry of rust forming.
Embedded pressure gauge for saving space
•The conventional protruding pressure gaugewasted space on the front, and endangeredpersonnel. A neat design and safety have beenrealized by embedding the pressure gauge intothe body.

Flow rates:From 36 m3/h to 3,600 m3/h (flow rates shown @ 7 bar)
Maximum service pressure:16 bar
Filter connection: BSP (NPT optional)
Innovative design : The SC range of compressed air filters was designed to meet current and future requirements as regards compressed air quality. The aerodynamic technology used provided the means to optimise the flow trajectory in the filter body and the filtering element. This technological development provides the means for significantly reducing pressure losses but also for using the whole of the filtering surface. The reason for this is simple: it is by optimising the flow trajectories that system operating costs can be reduced.
The SC range is available in 5 levels:
1. SCF grade: High efficiency general protection,
2. SCH grade: High efficiency oil removal,
3. SCR grade: General Purpose Dust Filtration,
4. SCHR grade: High efficiency Dust Filtration,
5. SCC grade: Elimination of oil odours and vapours.
Standard equipment: Alochrome and dry powder epoxy coating for total corrosion prevention protection. Compact design of the aluminium filter body and element for a smaller, more compact and lighter filter providing simple, fast and clean maintenance. Deep bled Pleating media type filtering element: filtering surface 4.5 times greater than that of a normal filtering element and an increased impurity retention capacity.Automatic drain.
Applications:
Suitable for all users wishing to obtain compressed air meeting the classes defined by standard ISO 8573.1:2001 (PARTICLES AND OIL section).SO 8573.1:2001

The network filters are one of the most important part for the protection of your air treatment equipment and the filtration of oil vapor and residual dust contained in compressed air.
By using network filters, a total quality is guaranteed from the beginning of compressed air production. You don’t need specific protection for your downstream production equipment

Filter MINI-MINI, MINI-CUBE, MIDI-CUBE and Cube-3
Our mechanical filters remove impurities and water from the compressed air. The water separation capacity at 95% is remarkably high. The filter elements are available in 2 different sizes - 30my and 5my, however, for MINI-MINI, MINI-CUBE and MIDI-CUBE the size of the filter elements is 25my and 5my.
3 types of drains are available for the draining of the bowl
Manual drain: The water accumulated at the bottom of the bowl is drained manually by loosening the retaining ring on the drain.
Automatic drain: The drain is working according to the "seeping principle" I.e. the water separated is continuously percolating through a Ø 0.2mm nozzle hole in the valve - only 2-3 litres/min. at an inlet pressure of 6 bar.
Semi-automatic drain: The water accumulated will only be drained when the bowl is no longer under pressure. The closing devise is spring loaded and will close at a pressure of 0.9 bar. The semi-automatic drain can under pressure be operated just like the manual drain.
Regulator MINI-MINI, MINI-CUBE, MIDI-CUBE and CUBE-3
These regulators are designed according to the diaphragm principle and are self-relieving, ensuring that the set pressure is not exceeded. Furthermore the MIDI-CUBE and CUBE-3 regulators are inlet pressure compensated, ensuring a constant outlet pressure even at great variations of the inlet pressure.
All regulators are available with special springs for different pressure areas:
0 - 2 bar / 0 - 28 PSI
0 - 4 bar / 0 - 141 PSI
0 - 8.5 bar / 0 - 120 PSI (MINI-MINI and MINI-CUBE standard)
0 - 10 bar / 0 - 141 PSI (MIDI-CUBE and CUBE-3 standard)

CNG Series
Single Tower Natural Gas Dryers
CNG Series adsorbers are single tower dryers designed to remove water vapor from Compressed Natural Gas in small to medium gas flow rates. Located at the inlet of the booster compressor, our unique binderless molecular sieve insures dry, pipeline quality gas (-80°F dew point or better) with minimal odorant fading.
Mobile, stationary and contracted regeneration packages available.
Single tower adsorption towers are an economical alternative to twin tower drying systems in CNG vehicular fueling stations which see intermittent or small gas flow rates (up to 300 scfm).
Down-flow design minimizes fluidization of the adsorbent insuring maximum life.
Optional Moisture Monitor & Alarm package for early performance degradation alert.
