Nutsche filters
Present day Nutsche INGOR Filters are constructed to perform a multitude of tasks including reaction, filtration, cake washing and thermal drying on a single unit. As such, these are very sophisticated machines with tight process control on parameters such as pressure, temperature and pH. Nutsche INGOR Filters are well suited for handling flammable, toxic, corrosive and odour-noxious materials since they are autoclaved and designed for use in hazardous and ex-proof environments when extremely safe operation is required.
Nutsche INGOR Filters are available in almost any size with filtering areas of 6 m2 and 2800 mm. There is a production line specially developed to meet the G.M.P. regulations of the pharmacological and food industry,
The chart below specifies the standard equipment; nevertheless it is also possible to adjust them to specific necessities.
PLATE PRESSURE FILTER
INGOR Plate pressure filters can be constructed from several materials having a surface between 3 and 100 m2. All models can be designed to have a dry solid discharge through a wide evacuation connection or to have a slurry discharge.
The Plate Pressure Filters are designed for the current polishing having a low solid content. This type of equipments is specially indicated to handle inflammable, toxic or corrosive products where the safety conditions are important and the conditions of operation are extreme. INGOR Filter Presses can be lined for processes working at extreme temperatures. |

The HoseGuard® is a simple, but efficient protection of a broken compressed-air hose. The air supply is shut off immediately by the HoseGuard®, should the volume of air exceed a set value. This "value" is preset by the manufacturer and is of course, set in a way that allows normal air consumption. when using air tools. The HoseGuard® is made so that it ensures a constant bleeding through a tiny nozzle, making the HoseGuard® return to zero position, once the broken hose has been repaired. The HoseGuard® remains closed until the quick-connection for the main pip has been disconnected.

During the design of this line of refrigeration air dryers one theme was kept central: energy efficiency.
When using the level controlled condensate drains (standard as from EDU 500 upwards) an unnecessary loss of expensive compressed air is prevented. Furthermore the refrigeration air dryers are supplied with the unique Trisab aluminium heat exchanger.
The specific advantages are as follows:
Efficient and low energy cooling of the compressed air via the two-stage heat exchanger.
Due to relatively large flow channels the pressure drop is extremely low and the refrigeration air dryer is not easily affected by pollution.
The system is supplied with an overloading reservoir thus ensuring a constant pressure dew point, even in varying load and intensive use.
Optimal condesate separation.

Champion Refrigerated Dryers
CRN Series 10-3000 scfm
Heat Transfer
RNC 10-15 models have the patented static condenser technology that eliminates the need for a cooling fan. These models include an on/off switch, longer power cord (8 ft), a timer operated drain with isolation valve on RNC, a float trap on RNC, and deliver heated outlet air to eliminate sweaty piping.
RNC models 25-50 benefit from our smooth handcrafted all copper heat exchangers.
Only large bore multiple tubes-in-tube designs efficiently split the airflow to acheive the
low pressure drop, high heat transfer.
RNC Series models 75-3000 incorporate heat exchangers crafted from multiple offset layers of press formed AISI 316 stainless steel. Press forming creates peaks and valleys that form media channels that are rich in fluid turbulence. This prevents fouling and maximizes engery efficiency. |

Compressed air is a dependable, flexible and safe energy source. however, the air must be treated before use to ensure that the pneumatic tools last well and works reliably.
An extensive range of filters, regulators, lubricators, pressure gauges, micro-filters, drains, separators and dryers provide solutions for all issues associated with polluants in air pipes. |
|
Balston Stainless Steel Filters protect your equipment and delicate instruments from the dirt, water and oil usually found in compressed air and other gases. These filters will remove contaminants at a very high efficiency - up to 99.99% for 0.1 micron particles and droplets. Liquid releases from the filter cartridge to an automatic drain as rapidly as it enters the filter.
This allows the filter to continue removing liquids for an unlimited time without loss of efficiency or flow capacity. Select 1/4” to 1” line filters are constructed of 304 stainless steel and are designed to hold up to the harshest environments. |
