The operation of compressed air systems with conventional adsorption industrial dryers suffers from system-related pressure drop. This deficiency needs to be compensated via an increased compressor supplier performance, this requiring a higher energy demand.
Cold-regenerated DRYPOINT® AC adsorption dryers offer a convincing solution to the problem:
BEKO has developed an adsorption dryer which limits the pressure drop to an average of only 0.25 bar, including the pre- and final professional filters.- Compared with conventional constructions, this represents an improvement of over 50%. |

P-2000 Series High Performance Professional filters for Compressed air & Gas
(35 to 15,000 scfm)
State-of-the-art filtration media, CAD engineered designs and ISO 9001 manufacturing practices combine to produce the P-2000 Series of compressed air filter products. The result is a product unmatched in value-Long element life, high contaminant removal efficiencies and low differential pressure drop at a system price you can afford.
Contaminants in your compressed air and gas system dramatically increase your operating cost. Dirt, moisture, oil, hydrocarbons, gases and bacteria aggressively attack, corrode and erode your piping system, controls, instruments and tools. Maintenance and repair costs escalate dramatically. P-2000 Series filters remove these harmful contaminants from your system utilizing the follow features:
Pleated filtration media used in both coalescing prefilters and particulate afterfilters, offering 6 to 9 times the surface area found in "wrapped" or "depth-style" elements.
Coalescer liquid removal efficiency of 0.001 ppmw based on 20 ppmw challenge. Removes liquid aerosols down to 0.01 micron.
Particulate filters have a 100% absolute removal rating down to 0.9 micron.
Single element, aluminum housing design 35 to 1,200 scfm.

Clean and dry compressed air: it is vital to power up your busy production environment. Containing moisture, aerosols and dirt particles, untreated compressed air poses a substantial risk as it can damage your air system and end product.
Incorporating unique, patented technological innovations and extra energy-saving options, Atlas Copco's CD professional dryers provide you with the clean, dry air you are in need of to expand the life of your equipment and ensure the quality of your end product. |

Pneumatics always contains moisture, traces of compressor oil and dust particles.
These impurities can lead to serious problems. Corrosion pockets or deposits build up in air tools and equipment. This makes them operate less efficiently and reduces the quality of the products manufactured. Maintenance work becomes necessary and costly downtimes occur. |
|
The demand for 100% clean and dry air is becoming more and more essential because of both environmental demand and in order to prolong the lifetime of your equipment requiring pneumatics.
To ensure both clean and dry compressed air, JUN-AIR offers three types of industrial dryers: adsorption dryers, membrane dryers and CO2 dryers, which are - unlike many types of dryers in the market - designed for continuous operation.

Drying Systems - LFT/LFE/LFA Series
Ultra Air Heatless Regenerative Professional dryers delivers a -40 F PDP, a dewpoint lower than that required by the Instrument Society of America. In colder climates, weather can negatively affect productivity by literally freezing and completely blocking outdoor air lines. Instrument air requires a quality of air that only a Regenerative type dryer can deliver. Therefore, whenever lower dewpoints are required for outdoor piping, instrument air, process air or gas drying, the Ultra Air Regenerative Dryings are the perfect solution.
Features:
Generous quantities of activated industrial alumina desiccant
Centrally mounted pressure gauge specifications and relief cocks on each tower
ASME inspected and stamped and CRN registered pressure vessels (100 CFM and above)
Purge air mufflers to reduce exhaust noise

| The professional filters Atlas Copco stop the particles (dust, vapors of oil, water droplets) harmful with the network of compressed air and the processes. Clogging indicator or differential pressure gauge, float drainer or electronics, audible alarm in the event of disassembling under pressure make them practical and sure. |
|
After compressing the air, the concentration of particles and moisture increases. This creates an abrasive mixture that can cause extensive damage.
Instruments and tools can malfunction, spray painting and breathing air can be rendered unusable, maintenance costs will increase and products will be spoiled.
The range of Atlas Copco's DD - PD - DDp and QD industrial filters, when used in the correct combinations, will provide high quality air from 9 to 7200 l/s at nominal working conditions. |
