Ionized air blower for static neutralization
ELCOWA's ECOBLOWER 350-C has been designed to efficiently remove static charges from a distance. It is built in a robust painted steel cabinet enclosing the high voltage power supply, tangential fan, and a blowing nozzle in which three shockless ionizating bars. The pivoting mounting bracket makes it easy to install and adjust. The ionization blower ECOBLOWER 350-C is a compact, self-contained unit ready for service. As the high voltage power supply is incorporated into the blower, there is no high voltage cable nor remote power supply, reducing electrical hazards.

Dual Anti Static Blowers
H&O Single Ionising Air Blower is designed for the neutralization of the static charges which cause some serious problems. High technology used in design can produce more efficient results for static electric problems even in high-speed applications. It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast discharging time. Blower seperates air molecules to the positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and transports them.
Any static charged product passed from the efficient distance of the Air Blower will draw the opposite charged ions and neutralize the product. This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines.At the same time electrical shocks, explosions, fire danger and dust attraction of which is caused by static electric will be prevented.
Thanks to Air Blower which doesn't need any calibrations and can be cleaned and cared easily. Machines will perform hygienic, safe and high quality production with high performance without problems. There is one fan in Air Blower for increasing ionization distance and supplying enough air flow. System can be mounted to places which are hard to reach by the connection apparatus that is provided on the system. Blower filters should be cleaned occasionally.

Due to their configuration, numerous plastic products have to be neutralised from a distance. For this purpose, SIMCO has developed ionising air blowers. The emitter points of the anti-static bar ionize the air which is blown towards the electrostatically charged object. The part is then neutralised by the ionized flow.

The impeller, with small fins, turns inside the side channel causing that the air is compressed and accelerated, creating small vortexes of air that are drawn by the blades from the intake to the exhaust.

Multi Stage Fans
Quiet running and maintenance-free operation are the key benefits of ACI Multistage Blowers. They are direct driven units and are ideal for many higher pressure applications.
Direct mounting of the impellers together with low motor speeds result in minimal noise levels as well as high pressure performance. In addition, the Multi Stage’s modular system design offers a wide choice in the number of stages and power supply possibilities. Flow rates are up to 850M³/Hr (500CFM) and pressures range up to 150 mBAR (60 In.Swg)
The Multi Stage also has a unique simple airflow shut-off feature. With side-channel blowers an additional pressure-relief valve would be required in order to avoid motor burn out. This is not only an added expense to the system, but also creates further noise pollution.

Application

Structure

They are an excellent solution for mobile applications because these remote drive side channel blowers can be driven by electric motors, hydraulic motors, pneumatic motors and combustible engines. Moreover, the rotation speed of Dutair remote drive side channel blowers can be increased to 4500 rev/min to raise the performance. By choosing the matching rotation speed the flow and pressure can be optimized for your process.
Dutair remote drive side channel blowers can be used for applications without electricity as power supply.
