CPJ series Optical Comparator is a highly effective precision measuring instrument integrating optical, mechanical and electric elements.
The Optical Comparators are of compact structure, simple and good appearance, economical and reliable excellence, and capable of conducting coordinate measurement and outline compare measurement on work pieces.
The image of a work piece can be a positive image or a negative image. The former means the image on the projection screen is completely identical with the work piece on the worktable in horizontal and vertical direction, while the latter means the image on the projection screen is completely opposite to the work piece on the worktable in horizontal and vertical direction.
The projector series is characterized by simple and direct measurement, high efficiency, high optical quality, clear imaging object lens and accurate magnifying ratio. Under transmission light, the error of outline measurement is below 0.08%.
The resolution for the linear encoder is 0.5um, the machine accuracy can be (3+L/75)um, We have
Rational Profile Projector share about 60% market in China, our main products passed CE. and had exported to many coutries and areas since 2000.
We are the first company in china who supply real image comparator, motor comporator and turrect measuring projector. |

Mean roughness Ra (ISO 4287, DIN 4768)
The mean roughness Ra matches the arithmetical mean of the absolute val-
ues related to the profile deviation y within the reference length l.
Max. profile valley depth Rmax (DIN 4768)
The max. profile valley depth Rmax counts for the most significant single
roughness depths Zi within the total length lm.
According to ISO 4288 and DIN 4287 - Part 1, this parameter is also
specified as Ry max.

Variable 3-disc indicating gages (circumferential backlash measuring instruments) VD measure the actual circumferential backlash in relation to the tolerance limit max. effective. For that reason circumferential backlash measuring instruments are fully toothed. The instrument is adjusted using a setting plug.
There is no standard method of inspecting the circumferential backlash - it is specified in the standards ANSI B92.1 and ISO 4156 as a special inspection method.
Fully toothed no-go gauges are the basis for circumferential backlash. They are listed in these two standards as special inspection methods "Alternate A" and "Alternate B". Circumferential backlash measuring instruments can be used instead of fully toothed no-go gauges. |

Spline gauges are go and no-go plug gauges for splines. They are used as a quick inspection method for splines with involute, straight-sided and serration flanks.
The most important feature when inspecting splines is its usability- which is tested with spline gauges. The spline gauges are designed according to the tolerances 'actual' and 'effective'. |

Atomic Force Microscopy
Atomic Force Microscopes (AFMs) scan the surface of a sample using a very fine tip on the end of a microscale cantilever.
Atomic interactions between the tip and the surface lead to a deflection of the cantilever which is then detected by a piezoresistive element. Based on this effect, the AFM can measure the topography or roughness of a surface with very high resolution non destructively. The AFM can be used in different operating modes and thus allows for the investigation of further properties, such as electrical and magnetical forces or elasticity of a specimen. |
