Sample Gas Pumps
The transportation of sample gas in sample conditioning systems requires very reliable sample pumps. Of course, the sample gas should have an equal and steady flow but very often the corrosive nature of the gas and the presence of condensate form the real task for the pump.
The sample pumps are equipped with a bellow made of solid PTFE which has proven its reliability and long lifetime in numerous applications. If the pump head is pointed downwards the pump is able to pump sample gas with condensate contents.
A special flange design makes the P2.4 and P2.84 pumps suitable for hot applications i.e. the flange is designed of two parts, one -carrying the pump head - can be installed into a heated cabinet and the other part - carrying the electrical motor - is flanged to the outside of the cabinet keeping the motor in ambient conditions.

Compact Bellows Pump models were designed for applications with higher flows and low pressure requirements with a maximum discharge pressure to 5 psi. All Compact Pumps utilize a heavy duty gearbox style gearmotor for long life at an affordable price.
Compact Bellows Pumps are built with the standard crank mechanism which provides for easy flow adjustment over a wide range of flow settings. The Compact Pump is available in one, two, three and four tandem bellows design configurations with independent flow rate adjustment for each bellows module.

Bellows metering pumps operate on a positive displacement principle. Pumps are designed to displace both corrosive and non corrosive fluids. Accurate and repeatable to 0.5% from stroke to stroke, when pump is set 50% to 100% of full stroke. Dry run capability, self priming, and no dynamic seals. Discharge pressure is maintained over the entire flow range of the pump. Poppet valves are utilized to prevent backflow; and springs are available to provide a positive shutoff, preventing siphoning through the pump in applications where a positive suction head exists.
Typical applications include film and x-ray processors, silver recovery systems, wafer and silicon chip washers and processors, detergent dispensers, blood analyzing equipment, industrial floor scrubbers, thermo therapy equipment, waste removal systems, and wastewater and water treatment systems.

Iwaki America’s FF Series pumps are economical solutions for low to medium temperature liquid applications (5 to 100°C). PTFE bellows and liquid end share the same proven design and manufacturing quality as the rest of the F Series family, ensuring high purity and long service life. All metal parts are fully encapsulated.
The FF-10/20CT2 has a PVC housing coated with fluoroplastic, suitable for liquids up to 50°C; a fluoroplastic encapsulated housing allows the FF-10/20BT2 to pump fluids up to 100°C.
Integral PFA tube connections mean there are no crevices or seams where particles can accumulate. A wide variety of fittings can be easily attached.

The bellows pump is a pneumatic, self-priming pump. The fluid is pumped between the two chambers, airside and liquidside. This pump is adact for to transfer of ultrapure acids and solvents used in the semiconductor industry.
Their pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump and results in an extended life. Due to this low frequency and amplitude of the bellows pump, we guarantee a lower level of particle contamination. All PFD pump wetted components are manufactured with TEFLON® (PFA HP, PTFE and FEP). All other components are manufactured with high technology materials; e.g. PVDF and PEEK.
The use of material chemically inactive allows no ionic contamination. This pump is assembled in cleanroom.
