Overview
The OTAL® hand pump PP is a compact, universal, manually operated pump for filling and transferring liquids from containers and drums. It works on the air-over-pressure principle so that only the delivery tubes contact the liquid. The pump is designed for economical, everyday use and is resistant to weak acids, alkalis and common cleaning agents.

Detailed information
The OTAL® hand pump with PP delivery tubes is available with different delivery tube diameters and lengths to meet specific requirements. The telescopic immersion tube is height-adjustable and can be shortened if necessary to ensure optimum residual emptying for drums and smaller canisters. Repeated actuation of the pump ball creates overpressure in the container, driving the liquid out through the delivery tube. Liquid flow is pulsation-free and can be stopped immediately via the vent valve without after-running.

How to use

• Adjust the universal plug to the container opening diameter if necessary
• Fully extend the telescopic feeding/immersion tube
• Insert the immersion tube and universal plug into the container and press to form an airtight seal
• Close the stop/vent valve
• Position the discharge elbow above the receiving / filling container
• Actuate the pump ball to build up pressure; liquid will flow out of the delivery tube
• To stop filling, open the stop valve to release excess pressure
• After filling, turn the discharge elbow with the opening facing up to prevent dripping
