SAL Connectors specification
The dimensions and construction of the CONEC SAL connector series comply with IEC 61076-2-101.
They are used in many applications in the field of automation technology for signal transmission, power transmission or for data communication in field bus technology.

can be assembled freely and are often required for individual cable lengths, e.g. for the construction of special purpose machines.CONEC offers 4 and 5-pin models here in an axial and angled construction for connectors and adapters. In the angled construction the cable outlet is adjustable in a 90° pitch to the pin layout.
Chassis connectors
Installation flanges are used to produce an M12x1 connection on the device. A newly developed modular system makes it possible to produce a wide variety of combinations among one another.

Lapp Canada offers a redesigned line of Nema 4 rated power and signal industrial circular connectors. Lapp's new technology allows the usage of one insulator for all types of connection. The removal and insertion of contacts is now possible without using tools with the capability to retrofit current applications.
These copper alloy/ nickel plated connectors manufacturers are ideal where mating orientation is require, space is limited and connecting and disconnecting is desired. The new design of the coupling allows for use of both screw and push pull connections while still maintaining compatibility. The R2.5 signal series, which is available with 8+1, 9, 12, 16, or 17 contacts, has a patented insulation body which fits all housing designs, and can take both pin and socket contacts in all terminations variants: solder, solder cup, and crimping. The R3.0 series is the substitute for the R2.5 series allowing for more contacts including 21 or 26 contacts. Applications include servo drives, center tools, measuring equipment, industrial encoders, CNC machines, medical electronics, portable or mobile equipment, instrumentation, plus other applications. |
