Serapid has introduced the PSH C-clamp to its line of quick die change clamps.
The clamp is designed to work with dies with a flat edge. When mounted on a T-profiled base, the clamp forms a bracket device, which then is manually inserted into a slot on the bolster or slide.
In automated die changes, the clamp head alone can be mounted permanently on the press. The clamp is hydraulically actived and opened with a spring. The clamping height can be individually configured through the height of the base peice or using a custom-sized spacer.
The clamp is available in sizes from 20 to 100 kN.

Low-profile clamps come in two basic models, one with a single-wedge and the other with a double-wedge construction. In addition, we offer a line of machinable jaw models for workpieces of irregular shape and a special model for casting and wire EDM applications
Standard models come with a hardness of 48-52 HRC and the jaws are serrated or smooth, depending on model. Both the wedge and the jaws are made of tool steel and are through hardened. Fastening operation involving one bolt (M5-16) ensures quick set up times.

Block Clamps
Jergens StayLock Block Clamps are multi-purpose utility clamps designed for many versatile applications. Block Clamps may be mounted for either vertical or horizontal clamping. They may be used with strap clamps or similar workholding devices for maximum adaptability (see illustration below). The Block Clamp plunger has a 1/4 - 28 thread on the I.D. for use with various contact points.
Retractable Clamps / Proximity Switch
Jergens StayLock Retractable Clamps are designed to allow quick change of molds in injection molding machines and die casting machines. The locking arm, which retracts into the clamp body for easy loading and unloading of a mold, is adaptable to clamp many standard mold slots. The Retractable Clamp is double acting and includes alternate clamp and release ports for easier hydraulic plumbing set-up. The clamp arm rotates 90° as it extends away from the work piece providing clearance and access for unload/ load operations. Double acting operation and standard magnetic piston offer positive cycles, durability and work piece detection features. Operation cycle:

QUIRI swing clamps have the unique feature of pivoting in the plan, that is, there is no linear stroke during rotation. The space required for the movement of the arm is therefore minimal, and the entire stroke of the clamp can be used for clamping (except 1 to 2 mm clearance) and wear on rod seals is reduced. There are several options for position detection :

T-LOCK and R-LOCK actuators :
