The Rapidox 3100 provides fast and accurate analysis over a wide oxygen range using a rugged, long-life zirconia sensor. It is available in models to measure just oxygen, or oxygen plus either CO or CO2.
Easy to use and simple to calibrate using your choice of any two gases, the Rapidox 3100 offers the high performance and flexibility usually found only in much more expensive products.
The Rapidox 3100 incorporates a powerful and silent linear piston pump for remote sampling of gas. From the display to the outputs, all features are fully programmable using the keypad on the front panel. Connections are made using 6/4mm flexible tubing to the front panel input and output unions and the front panel includes a flow gauge allowing the user to control the rate of gas flow into the analyser.
The Rapidox is supplied with powerful Windows software for easy data-logging and graphing. Just switch on and start measuring...

The analyser ARELCO ARC model 2008 IR MP-R is a compact and reliable instrument for specific measurement of CO2 or CO or CH4 in gas blending. The instrument is based on non dispersion infra red method (NDIR)
The touch sensitive display allow the user to see very quickly all parameters: gas contents, analogue output range, alarms status… and to get access to the menus.
The 2008 IR MP-R model is 19” rack type and integrates some data storing facilities, automatic calibration function. All data are available on digital interface RS232.
The IR technology requires a dry gas. The instrument could be couple to a gas dryer and speciel filter especially for measurement on flue gases.

FireBoss 100 Carbon Monoxide Sensor
FireBoss 100 Carbon Monoxide Sensor -All CO sensors are not alike. The FireBoss toxic 0-25-100-500 ppm CO sensor line has been re-designed and enhanced over a period of two decades of underground mining use, and has evolved as a tough, dependable product with exceptionally long-term stability. Others are often plagued with temperature problems and short life expectancy. We frequently observe sensors still working on their first electrochemical cell after 5- 8 years of grueling service.

The 300 Series of analyzers use the Gas Filter Correlation (GFC) NDIR technique to measure trace level and stack level concentrations of CO, CO2, and N2O. The GFC technique rejects potential interferents, such as water, and allows unprecidented sensitivity. From background monitoring to air separation, the 300 Series is the best value for precision IR monitoring.

The CO-measuring system was developed according EU regulations for controlling the concentration of the limit values of carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen (NO) if applicable.
The warning-system can be connected to the tunnel DCS.
