The BioBasic Biomethane analyzer provides reliable online measurement of methane (CH4) up to 100 Vol.-% for grid injection, fuel cells, and power-to-gas applications. Utilizing proprietary NDIR dual-beam technology with heated cuvette (60C), this analyzer ensures exceptional long-term stability with less than 3% annual drift. Standard configuration measures CH4 and H2S, with optional CO2, O2, and H2 sensors available. Features include plug-and-play installation, intuitive 2.5-inch touch display operation, and expandable sample gas inputs (1-5). The wall-mounted IP54 housing with ATEX-certified flame arresters provides safe operation in potentially explosive atmospheres. Data interfaces include RS232, 4-20 mA analog outputs, and optional Profibus DP, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, or Profinet for seamless process integration.
