The GA320 is an NDIR multi-gas analyzer for up to 6 IR-active gases; in its N2O/CO2/CH4 version it serves as an N2O analyzer for emission monitoring at wastewater treatment plants. It measures nitrous oxide, methane and carbon dioxide in the ppm range, with very low detection limits and cross-sensitivity compensation for demanding gas combinations.
Typical applications:
- Nitrous oxide (N2O) and methane emissions at wastewater treatment plants
- Emission monitoring of greenhouse gases
- Refrigerants and other IR-active gases in recycling
- Process control in chemical and pharmaceutical production
- Environmental technology and monitoring
What operators get:
- Low detection limits: N2O 0.5 ppm, CO2 1 ppmV, CH4 0.1 ppmV
- Self-referencing NDIR with zero correction in every measurement, for long-term stable readings
- Up to 6 sample gas inlets, so several measuring points share one analyzer
- 7-inch color touch display with integrated PC
- Stainless steel gas path and internal pump
- RS232 as standard; Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet and up to 8 analog 4–20 mA outputs as options
Technical data (excerpt, N2O/CO2/CH4 version):
- Measuring ranges: N2O 0–2,000 ppmV, CO2 0–10,000 ppmV, CH4 0–10,000 ppmV
- Measurement uncertainty: N2O ≤ 3 %, CO2 ≤ 2 %, CH4 ≤ 2 % of reading
- Detection limits: N2O 0.5 ppm, CO2 1 ppmV, CH4 0.1 ppmV
- Measurement interval: 20 s per sample gas inlet
- Sample gas inlets: 1, expandable to 6
- Housing: 19-inch rack, 400 mm deep, IP20, 16 kg
