The Smart Control 300 is a cost-effective stationary NDIR gas analyzer specifically designed for threshold concentration monitoring of solvent-containing gas mixtures. This compact instrument excels at detecting high concentration ranges with exceptional long-term stability and minimal calibration requirements.


Featuring proven NDIR single-beam measurement technology with a heated 50C cuvette, the Smart Control 300 delivers reliable detection of perchloroethylene (PERC), volatile hydrocarbons (KWL), and refrigerants (Freon). The system supports up to three measuring points for flexible multi-location monitoring from a single unit.


Key applications include solvent vapor monitoring, surface treatment processes, industrial exhaust air control, paint shop emissions, dry cleaning facilities, and LEL (Lower Explosion Level) safety monitoring.
