The GA150 gas analyzer delivers quick and reliable online measurement of solvent concentrations in industrial applications where extremely low detection limits are not required. Measuring perchloroethene, trichloroethene, dichloromethane, or hydrocarbon solvents in the range of 2 mg/m³ to 40 g/m³, this NDIR analyzer achieves measurement readiness in just 60 seconds. The patented single-beam NDIR technology with heated cuvette (50C) and reference pressure measurement ensures exceptional long-term stability with minimal calibration effort. Features include intuitive 2.5-inch touch display operation, expandable sample gas inputs (1-8), and 19-inch rack-mount housing (15 kg). Standard RS232 interface with optional Profibus DP, Ethernet Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP, Profinet, and up to 8 configurable 4-20 mA analog outputs for flexible system integration.
