Description
The BioBasic Biogas analyzer delivers fast and reliable online measurement of biogas, sewage gas, and landfill gas for optimal process control. Measuring CH4 (0-100 Vol.-%), CO2 (0-100 Vol.-%), H2S (0-10,000 ppm), O2 (0-30 Vol.-%), and H2 (0-10,000 ppm), this analyzer combines NDIR single-beam technology with electrochemical sensors for comprehensive gas quality monitoring. The plug-and-play design with intuitive 2.5-inch touch display ensures easy operation, while the proprietary in-house developed NDIR technology guarantees exceptional long-term stability with less than 3% annual drift. Expandable from 1 to 5 sample gas inputs, the wall-mounted IP54 housing features ATEX-certified flame arresters and internal LEL monitoring for safe operation. Standard RS232 and 4-20 mA interfaces plus optional Profibus DP, Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, or Profinet enable seamless integration into plant control systems. Made in Germany for biogas plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and landfill gas recovery operations.
