The TINA (Toxical Inline Analyzer) is a high-precision solvent and gas analyzer designed for continuous threshold monitoring of toxic and explosive gas mixtures. This inline analyzer enables real-time in-situ measurement directly in the process stream, eliminating the need for external gas conditioning or sample extraction.


Featuring advanced NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) technology with diffusion-based measurement, TINA delivers reliable detection of IR-active substances including solvents, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and combustible gases. The long-term stable calibration ensures consistent accuracy with minimal maintenance requirements.


Key applications include LEL (Lower Explosion Level) monitoring, solvent vapor detection, surface treatment processes, chemical manufacturing, paint shops, and industrial safety systems requiring continuous gas hazard monitoring.
