The GA210 is a single-component NDIR gas analyzer for continuous online measurement of process gases where low detection limits are required and no interfering gases have to be compensated. Each device measures exactly one gas, and up to 8 sample inlets let one analyzer cover several measuring points.
Typical applications:
- Solvent monitoring in dry cleaning, metal degreasing and parts cleaning: perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene, dichloromethane or hydrocarbon solvents
- Process, safety and compliance monitoring in chemical and pharmaceutical production
- Recycling and environmental technology
- Single gas measurement of O2, H2S or H2
What operators get:
- The right sensor for the task: infrared (NDIR) for IR-active solvents, electrochemical for O2, H2S or H2, zirconia for O2
- One device for up to 8 measuring points instead of one analyzer per point
- A reading every second in continuous mode, with pressure compensation
- Straightforward integration: RS232 as standard; Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet and up to 8 isolated 4–20 mA outputs as options
- 19-inch rack unit with touch display and plain-text menus
