The Powermix is strikingly straightforward in design. The concrete mixing plant has a steel skeleton frame and a heat-insulated facade. At the heart of the plant is the Ammann twin-shaft paddle mixer. The Powermix fully satisfies the demanding requirements placed on modern concrete manufacture and end products. Every mixing ratio conforms precisely to the desired recipe, as do subsequent repeat mixes. Perfectly controlled processes for proportioning, weighing and mixing - with minimum throughput times: these are the key benefits of the Powermix.

ORU LOGIK is the horizontal plant with storage bins studied to completely respond to the compactness needs and rapidity of installation on site. The conveyor belt and the weighing hopper are inclined to keep as lower as possible the loading point of the aggregate hoppers, avoiding excavation works
* The aggregate storage bins are widened at only 5 metres from ground to facilitate the loading process by wheel loaders of large dimension and to increase the storage capacity
* The rationality of the construction process and the extension of the pre-assembly reduce slightly the times of installation of the plant on site.
* Thanks to its modularity and compactness, ORU LOGIK batching plant can be loaded on standard trucks
The ORU ROME horizontal batching plants are designed and built for the specific needs of precast industry.
The support structure and the aggregate storage bins are hot galvanized. This type of surface treatment of the metal ensures an excellent protection against corrosion in any environmental condition, and therefore a longer life and better inalterability of the product. On request, the equipment can also be provided with paint coating over the galvanized surfaces.
The main characteristic of ORU ROME plants is their extreme reliability thanks to:
* The aggregate and cement weighing system uses homologated load cells
* The management unit of the plant is tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. It is foreseen manual, automatic, fully automatic or computerized working. The operator can follow and check on the control synoptic, or by video, each active phase of working cycles.
* To facilitate the discharge of particularly cohesive materials, vibrators have been installed on independent plates applied with a particular system to avoid negative stresses to the plant structure
* For water introduction checking, we can supply, either separately or combined, manual, timed and hygrometer systems
* A wide range of accessories (on request) allows to customize the plant: resistive or microwave hygrometric instruments to control the moisture in the aggregate as well as in the mixture in the pan, ecological systems for smoke and dust abatement in the mixing area and diverse metering equipments for additives, colours and water

ORU ONEDAY is a pre-wired and pre-assembled mobile batching plant that has been engineered in order to meet the growing requirements of reducing time, space and handling in the yard.
The compact structure of the ORU ONEDAY plant allows the immediate passage from the transport configuration to the operational one, thus drastically reducing the time and spaces necessary for its installation on site.
The mixing group is the heart of the ONEDAY system: the ORU MS planetary pan mixer with vertical shafts allows the perfect and rapid mixing of high-quality concrete. The accurate control of every single phase provides an efficient and effective instrument for meeting the customer's requirements
ORU MULTIS 750/500 of IMER Group is the new mobile 30 mc/h batching system completely prewired and preassembled.
The ORU DAY MS mixing group is composed of:
* A frame made of heavy-duty steel beams which together with the rails for the skip, the electrical panel booth, the mixer and the water and cement weighing hoppers form a single monobloc
* The skip with a particular geometry fitted with rotary deflectors that allow a large area for admitting the aggregates. These deflectors in turn close when the skip rises preventing the material from falling out. Unloading takes place in the lower part of the skip through a simple tilting hatch: during this stage the skip is in the vertical position, allowing quick unloading also in the presence of compact and wet materials without leaving remains inside.
* The cement weighing hopper and the water weighing hopper rest on a support structure hinged to the front part of the mixing group.
* This type of structure is produced for the following mixers: ORU MS 1500/1000, 2250/1500 or 2250/2500S Planetary Pan Mixers
* Control panel installed in a recess of the support structure and protected by a sheet metal case.
The ORU DAY MB mixing group is composed of:
* A frame made of heavy-duty steel beams which together with the rails for the skip, the electrical panel booth, the mixer and the water and cement weighing hoppers form a single monobloc.
* The skip on the ground or underground with a particular geometry fitted with rotary deflectors that allow a large area for admitting the aggregates.
* This type of structure is produced for the ORU MB 3000/2000 twin-shaft mixer
* Control panel installed in a recess of the support structure and protected by a sheet metal case.

The plant is designed to cut mobilization costs and reduce the number of concrete plants owned. Only four trailers make up the entire plant and all trailers are less than 12'(3.65m) wide. The MCP plant with dual cement batch hoppers and wide aggregate weigh belts can theoretically produce up to 50 batches of 12 cyd or 9.23m3 (vibrated and compacted concrete) in an hour when a 30-second mixing time is used. The plant technology insures rapid concrete uniformity and better cement and entrained air dispersion within a batch (as well as batch to batch). The MCP Series plant can uniformly mix 12 cyds or 9.23m3 of 1.5" slump concrete in 30 seconds according to the American Society of Tests and Measures (ASTM) C94.

Hydro-Control V- Water Control System for Concrete Mixing
Simple to use, accurate water control unit for use with the Hydro-Mix for manual or automated batch plants
The Hydro-Control V is a water control system from Hydronix. It is used in the concrete industry for controlling the mix cycle to automatically provide the correct addition of water in the shortest possible mixing time.
Using the reading from a Hydro-Mix or Hydro-Probe Orbiter sensor installed inside a mixer, the Hydro-Control V (HC05) accurately monitors the moisture levels of the material throughout the mix cycle, in both wet and dry mix stages. Using known recipes, the correct amount of water is then automatically calculated and added to the mix. This ensures that the required moisture target can be easily achieved, batch after batch.
Designed to be simple to operate and install, the Hydro-Control V can be used as a stand alone unit or installed into a control system, in both new and existing concrete plants. It has an easy to read graphical display which provides a wide range of information via a series of menus including mixing cycle status, recipe information, sensor signal trend and system diagnostics.
The unit incorporates a choice of different operating modes and is a multi-language system, making it the most versatile system on the market with different modes of control to suit all applications.
