Bronkhorst High-Tech designed the CORI-FLOW series mass flow meter to provide high accuracy (up to ±0,1 % FS plus ±0,2% of Reading). CORI-FLOW utilizes a patented, advanced Coriolis type direct mass flow sensor to achieve unsurpassed performance, even with changing operation conditions in pressure, temperature, density, conductivity and viscosity. The mass flow ranges are from 20...200 g/h up to 6...600 kg/h, both for gases and for liquids. CORI-FLOW instruments are equipped with an IP65 weatherproof housing and are available with ATEX approval for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas.

The Brooks QUANTIM® Coriolis mass flow sensor offers unsurpassed accuracy and flexibility in low flow liquid and gas measurement applications. The QUANTIM sensor provides superb communication flexibility. This sensor, combined with Brooks newest transmitter, lets you access more data in your plant’s process language. Direct mass measurement is immune to fluid property variations, providing greater application flexibility and reducing spares requirements. Repeatable mass flow measurement is ideal for variable process conditions. Multivariable output for mass flow or volumetric flow and density or temperature adds diagnostics capabilities and reduces the need for additional instrumentation. ANSI/ISA SP-76 downport configurations. Globally approved for a variety of service areas.

The CM Series mass flow meters utilize industry's well recognized high accuracy standard, Coriolis technology. The core operating principle of this technology is that fluids flow through a vibrating tube which then causes a deflection of the flow tube proportional to mass flow rate. It is suitable for use with liquids, gases and slurries. Models are available that will measure mass flow, volumetric flow, temperature and density. Unaffected by variations in pressure, temperature, density, electrical conductivity and viscosity, the CM Series provides extremely accurate mass flow measurement over wide flow ranges. The series is comprised of three (3) models which differ by their choices in flow range, wetted parts, accuracy, pressure ratings, density measuring, and other optional functions and features.

Coriolis mass flowmeters
The SITRANS F C Coriolis mass flowmeters are suitable for measuring various liquids and gases passing through a pipe for dosing, product blending, determining billing or cost and other vital functions. They are the most accurate flow measurement devices today with a repeatability of only 0.1% of the flow and a rangeability of 100:1.
In addition, the measurement is independent of changes in process conditions. Flowmeters based on this technology can measure density, volume flow rate, viscosity, fraction flow and temperature.

No limits with tube materials
Titanium, Hastelloy, or Stainless Steel allow straight tube metering for almost any process.
No limits with flow
From 0.3 to 560,000 kg/h with a full range of meters for low and high flow applications.
No limits with measured product
High viscosity, particulate matter, inhomogeneous mixtures, normal entrained air, have little effect on the accuracy of the measurement.
No limits with installation
Support on the process pipe or the meter body, without the need for accurate positioning. A complete range of process connectors for all existing and future installations is available.
No limit with electronics
OPTIMASS has been designed with all new electronics, which incorporates Front End signal processing that is permanently mounted to the meter. This provides high speed and low noise measurement, as well as remote connection to the signal converter up to 300 m. Dual redundancy of configured data, calibration constants etc ease maintenance.
No limits with applications
KROHNE can provide metering solutions whatever your requirement including: Flow, Density, Concentration and Temperature

Flow range of 5 to 30 KG/hour or 83 to 5,000 Grams / minute, maximum temperature 250 degrees F, pressure rating to 5,600 PSI, accuracy of +/- 0.5% of reading, BSP, Flange or Tri-Clamp connections available, priced at $2,750 USD.
The ACM flow meters are a superior process control tools that allow real time measurement of density and flow in liquids, slurries and gases. Available in single or dual tube designs with no moving parts and smooth flow tubes constructed of 316 stainless steel, resulting in a design that is easy to clean and maintain.
This flow meter has virtually universal applications from industrial paints to sanitary beverages and from non-Newtonian fluids to particle filled materials. In addition to mass flow and density, the ACM meters provide measurements of temperature and volumetric flow.
