MultiWave Ultrasonic
Flexibility - Repeatability - Reliability
FinnSonic has developed flexible programmability of the ultrasound frequencies, power levels and treatment times. Programmability features give now possibilities to perform component cleaning operation with precision and repeatability.
Reliability of the programmable automated process control benefits industries where cleanliness process is closely determined by the component manufactures specification.
Shown here is the 40 litre standalone MultiWave washing system MW40 with touch screen user interface. FinnSonic MultiWave technology is also available in the larger automated systems such as Brilliant CRX.

The key product is the PLURITANK range which, owing to its modular construction method, is designed to meet the many requirements associated with industrial batch cleaning. PLURITANK systems are an alternative to solvent-based plants, granting excellent cleaning without the associated health and safety issues.
PLURITANK ultrasonic cleaning systems comprise a combination of different process modules.
The systems can be equipped with bar code readers, which control the quantity and the type of product being treated, and “traceability” systems so to monitor the process constantly and save data and parameters related to the different stages as for times, temperature, ultrasonic power, trends, etc. All modules composing the system are entirely fabricated in stainless steel and available in standard version or adaptable to customers’ specific production requirements.
Novatec’s systems can be used for following applications:
Surface preparation prior PVD-CVD treatment and Surface stripping
Automotive, aeronautics and Defense industry
Medical industry (components and orthopaedic prostheses)
Optical industry and eyewear frames
Watch industry, jewellery, silverware and small components
Moulds for plastic, glass and die casting & Industry of Precision Mechanics
Industry of Electrical, Electronic, Semi-Conductors and customized and specially designed cleaning systems
Treatment finishing for Components and Fittings & Photovoltaic Industry

The Branson B-Series Ultrasonic Vapor Degreaser is the latest in a series of environmentally sound, cost effective precision degreasers. Branson, well known for ultrasonics,is also the global leader in solvent cleaning technology.The B-Series integrates over 55 years of degreasing experience with the demanding needs of a changing marketplace to offer you a functional solvent solution to your cleaning needs. Similar in operation to a traditional two sump unit, they incorporate all of the important environmental and safety features you need, including two onboard compressors for both primary and sub-zero cooling and 40 kHz ultrasonics. All controls are clustered on a compact front-mounted 24 volt digital control panels. The B-Series is ideal for use with most commercially available vapor degreasing solvents.
FEATURES:
Freeboard ratio of greater than 120% to eliminate diffusion losses
Refrigerated primary condensing coil to condense the bulk of the solvent vapors
Refrigerated sub-zero freeboard condenser to provide a cold air barrier minimizing fugitive losses
Sliding cover to eliminate drafts and help seal the unit during periods of inactivity.
Offset boiling sump with liquid level control (except on B452R)
Bag filter to minimize solvent loss during maintenance
Cooled internal water separator to reduce losses
Stainless plumbing for solvent-wetted areas

These ecologic degreasing machines have got a cycle with closed chamber. They work both with chlorinate solvents, like percloroethylene, or with hydrocarbon aliphatic solvents.The machine is manufactured in three standard versions and can anyway be realized in special versions as per producing requirements, dimensional or working flow.
Design and use of these degreasing machines is requested by the market which searches in this machine an alternative to the pieces washers coming from textile washing. Cycle times are about 6 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes.
The main characteristic of these machines is that they work under vacuum. Ultrasounds with hydrocarbons in machines working by solvents as known traditional piezoelectric or magneto-restrictive ultrasounds meet difficulties in making liquids cavitate. ITF does have a special ultrasound group with microprocessor with which you can get cavitation results that can be hard reached through conventional ultrasounds on the market.

Layers of burnt oil and other solid contaminants (oxides and lapping and polishing pastes) deposited on the component require on the other hand the action of ultrasonics which can be fitted on request in the majority of closed-circuit systems. When the energy of the ultrasonics is transmitted to the solvent, its action is reinforced and detachment is made easier of the pollutants deposited on the surface of the component part, thanks to the cavitation action which quickly produces thousands of small bubbles that implode on the contaminant and break it up.

Finnsonic Optisol solvent cleaning machines are designed for environmentally friendly and efficient cleaning and drying of basket goods, typically turned or milled bulk, contamined by oil and swarf.
Cleaning fluids are AIII class solvents such as hydrocarbons or modified alcohols, or chlorinated solvents such as perchlorethylene. All cleaning stages are performed under full vacuum assuring that no solvent escapes during operation. Solvent is continuously refreshed by distillation.
* Excellent cleaning results
* Consistent cleaning quality
* Low running costs
* Very low emissions due to vacuum technology
* Small footprint
* Safe and user friendly operation

The Magnus AJA LIF is a heavy duty, low maintenance immersion washing and processing machine that mechanically agitates the parts in a hot or cold cleaning solution.
One Tough Workhorse - the standard AJA LIF has a load capacity of 2200 lbs. of parts, and heavier optional load capacities are available (see available options).
Three Agitation Stroke Lengths - selection of short, medium or long strokes engineered to allow cleaning a variety of parts.
Thorough Cleaning - reaches difficult interior areas of parts because moving parts through cleaning solution creates greater cleaning effect than simply moving liquid around parts.
Cost Effective - better cleaning minimizes costly production rejects and eliminates hand scrubbing.
Air Powered Lift/Agitation System - provides greater agitation speed than comparable electromechanical lift devices.
