Aluminium-Enclosures are universal, stabile and easily adapted. Packaging electrical, electronic and pneumatic components.
They are very sturdy and easily mechanically machined and can be painted to the customers specifications in small numbers. As Clamp Enclosures, they are constructed as a modular system and can be fitted with clamps and cable screw connections and are used as a junction enclosure for electric cables and wires. The control enclosure has the function to protect the highly sensitive electronics against water, dirt and dust. They are frequently used as enclosure for voltage sensors in the measurement and control technique. The production is carried out in pressure casting or die-casting. All enclosures comply with the protection class IP 66 according to DIN 40050 (spray water protected). The standard colour of the enclosure is RAL 7001. The lid screws cannot be lost and are made of stainless steel. The mounting of the enclosure is completed outside the sealed area using separate mounting grooves. The Neoprene lid seal is resistant against oil and petroleum, special seals such as silicone are available when requested.

The new IDG-A1 DIN rail mount enclosure is ideal for applications requiring a housing for smaller pcbs and minimal DIN rail space loss. The IDG-A1 has sleak lines, making this an attractive packaging medium for applications such as home/building automation.
This enclosure has been designed according to DIN 43 880, providing the dimensions and specifications required for installation component standards. Conforming to VBG 4 and IEC529/DIN VDE 0470-1, the IDG-A1 prevents accidental shock and injury while meeting the requirements of the automation industries.This new housing enables users to incorporate one vertical pcb and a top horizontal pcb or three horizontal pcbs. The top horizontal pcb is ideal for holding signalling devices/indicators and switches. Fully populated, the terminal blocks have a maximum of 12 screw clamp terminals. For applications not requiring all 12 I/O positions or requirements for additional internal space, selective loading may be done, with empty positions being filled with blind plugs.
