"Circulation pumps BFP
This new range of pumps has been specifically developed for the circulation of hydraulic and lubrication fluids.
Since very low noise emission has been a target a gerotor with six chambers was preferred. The way suction and pressure connections have been located guaranteed short flow paths and excellent flow distribution, resulting in good volumetric efficiency and low noise emissions.
The location of the professional seal of the drive shaft allows good heat transportation. A special coupling is not necessary.
Low noise emission
High vol. efficiency
Optimum suction
Integrated bell housing
Gerotor principle
Resistant to contamination" |

The core parts of our adjustable systems are the pumps PA and PB. The flexible connections, which need only minimal space, as well as the possibility of attaching the pumps in any position even outside a system, gives the designer the possibility of installing the Ergoswiss System in very thin or complex objects.
Our pumps lift weights up to 1000 kg quietly, and are stepless and completely synchronous - even with an asymmetrical load. They are powered by an electric drive or a hand crank.
The pumps and cylinders are connected by a hydraulic hose supplier (Ø 4 mm). The maximal professional hose length is 8m. The minimal bending radius 25 mm. Three attachment holes are provided fort he installation of the pumps. The pump housing is made of an extruded aluminium sheath and is colourless anodized. |

Dynex pumps operate at pressures to 20 000 psi (1380 bar). The checkball design, with individual piston check valves supplier, provides increased life and performance essential in critical environments.
These pumps are ideal for difficult conditions including:
High pressure and excessive pressure spikes;
Special fluids including Skydrol, water glycol and MIL-Spec fluids;
Dirty environments and contaminated fluids;
Extreme temperature ranges;
Long, difficult duty cycles;
The piston check cocks direct flow from the inlet side of the pump to the pump outlet port. The positive-seating valves provide better wear and greater volumetric efficiency, especially at high pressures. Bi-directional shaft rotation delivers constant direction of flow regardless of drive shaft rotation.

S.A.M. HYDRAULIK has recently extended it’s pump range with two new closed circuit Hydrostatic piston pump manufacturers projects (MD10V and SH6V), innovating and versatile.
All the types are available with different controls (hydraulic, manual, electric) and the predisposition for mounting of subsidiary pumps.
The SH6V series pumps can work at maximum pressures (up to 450 bars /6500 psi) with displacements from 50 to 130 cc/rev (3,05 – 7,93 cu-in).
It replaces the HCV series, with improved performance and optimises the relationship of quality/prices. Thanks to several accessories and controls it is extremely flexible and in a position to satisfy the requirements of a large number of applications in the most demanding application areas: building, material’s transport, agriculture, forest, mining and hearth moving machine and so on.
The brand NEW MD10V series of pumps identifies axial piston pumps with Medium Duty pressure requirements (250 bars/3600 psi continuous duty & up to 350/5000 psi bars peak duty) with displacements from 14 to 64 cc/rev (0,85 – 3,90 cu-in).
This product complements the range, giving the possibility to satisfy new market sectors.
The principal applications are: building and earth moving machine, municipal application machines, agricultural machines and so on.

Dynex high-pressure pumps operate with extended life at pressures from 8000 to 20 000 psi (560 to 1380 bar). These pumps accommodate more force in a smaller package. At lower pressures, they provide the life and performance margin essential in critical environments.
The checkball design uses individual piston nonreturn valves, which direct flow from the inlet side of the pump to the pump outlet port. The positive-seating action of the check cocks provides better wear and higher volumetric efficiency, especially for high-pressure operation.
Variable pressure-compensated models are available for operation to 8000 psi (560 bar). In these efficient models, fluid flows through the pump, back to tank at relatively low pressure. This design provides stabilized temperatures with little increase in heat, even when compensating for long periods.

Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

The PFVI series is a fixed displacement vane pumps suppliers for applications for industrial hydraulic equipment. The PFVI is a 12 vane design rotating group that has been engineered for quieter operation for the in-plant industrial environment.
The Parker fixed displacement vane pumps are of rugged cast-iron construction and are less sensitive to system contamination than most other manufacturers of hydraulic pump designs. The vane design produces a more smooth supply of oil that minimizes "hydraulic ripple". A desirable feature in all hydraulic systems.
PFVI vane pumps are hydraulically balanced designs that reduce bearing manufacturer loads thereby minimizing maintenance and maximizing service life. The cartridge style design of the rotating group allows for quick and cost efficient servicing.
Combining this broad selection of fixed vane pump displacements and optional features with Parker's complete offering of gear, piston and variable vane pumps enables selection of the best pump for your demanding hydraulic requirements |
|
FEATURES:
Full Pressure Shaft sealing — The Parker full pressure input shaft professional seal is able to withstand full system back pressure up to the pressure rating of the Hydraguide. This enables operation of auxiliary hydraulic functions downstream of steering.
Linear Cock Spool — The linear valve spool is less subject to stick and damage in the event of system contamination and allows generally better control.
Pressure Dams — Pressure dams provide a barrier of pressurized system oil between metered oil and return. Pressure dam valving provides more precise steering due to the reduction of lost leakage oil from the metering element.
Vaned Rotor — The spring biased vanes in the rotor tips reduce leakage between pockets in the metering group. This provides more precise and positive steering.
Pressure Balanced Metering Group — All Parker designs utilize a pressurized envelope around the metering package (rotor set—commutator) to reduce slippage leakage and provide more precise steering control.
Manual Emergency Steering — A globe check valve allows manual steering in emergencies when pump flow is interrupted. If the vehicle is large enough to require more than 100 ft.-lb. steering wheel torque in the manual mode, another means of emergency steering is recommended.

Split-Flow® industrial hydraulic pumps, with independent multiple outlets, efficiently supply flows to multiple function circuits.
The checkball pumping design, with isolated pumping chambers, allows the output of each piston to be used separately. These pumps provide multiple flows from one pump, with greater accuracy than flow splitters.
Multiple-Outlet Pump Benefits:
Supply flow for synchronized movement of cylinders and motors with greater accuracy than flow dividers. This pump design provides an advantage for lifting, jacking and skidding applications.
Simultaneously supply independent flows to multiple functions in a circuit with separate loads. The result is a simplified circuit, providing accurate flow with fewer components and less piping. A single pump can eliminate separate dedicated pumps or mechanical gear boxes.
Efficiently supply flow in a system with changing flow and pressure requirements. This makes the pumps ideal for clamping, pressing and high-torque tool applications.
