Correct application will reduce contact resistance and arcing of contacts of all ratings from small relays to high capacity contactors
Can be used on all types of electrical contacts, but care should be taken to ensure that certain professional paints, rubbers, and thermoplastics are not near the area of the contact
Solvent diluted oils permeate, free and lubricate and should be used for situations where only a very thin film of oil is required, and, once the solvent has evaporated, it leaves a non-drying film of oil

Using a new special grease for ejector pins, bolts suppliers and
sliding elements, lubricating problems will become obsolete. Our recommendation for this area:
SYN-setral-INT/300
a life-time ejector-pin-grease which allows an extremely high number of rounds without re-lubrication and damage on tools. This, up to + 300 °C temperature-stable grease (without solids) is excellently suited for the production of transparent, white and black parts, items for the
pharmaceutical area, for multi-coloured and root-thread-tools, for sealing areas metal/metal and for "soft metal
pairings" (matching phase before hardening process).
Even tools designed for "dry running" can now be lubricated again without any problems (e.g. medical technology).
The thin high-performance lubricating film is extremely
stable against aggressive condensates and avoids grease transference via the ejector pins onto the plastic parts.
The advantages result in lower spoilage rates and increased life-time of tools.

ETERNA 2000 is a high performances machining fluid which can be
recycled. It is general-purpose (all raw materials, all types of machining), ISO classification: MAH. Soluble fluid of machining, standard true
solution, of particularly advanced design and technology. Product
answering the Eco-design professional label. Guaranteed without nitrites,
borated derivatives, organochlorinated, sulphur derivatives and heavy
metals. ETERNA 2000 is chemically and biologically stable,
ultrafiltrable, reusable. The very high cooling capacity of ETERNA 2000 allows to obtain state surface of high quality in the roughing or finishing operations. Its stability and its weak retention on pieces and chips allow an important reduction of machining fluids consumption. Not foaming,
anti-corrosive, not gumming, ETERNA 2000 also makes it possible to
obtain an environment of clean working station (produced without
mineral, vegetable or synthetic oil). |

MIPO® M 15 - Molybdenumdisulphide powder for lubrication and reduction of wear. Application: As solid luricant component in lubricating greases and pastes, in dispersions (aqueous, none-aqueous) and for dry lubrication.
Method of use: Add to the lubricant in the usual concentration.
