Vokes' Microfelt cartridges are designed for the fine filtration of fuel and lubricating oils, along with other fluids including hydraulic oils and glycol. Manufactured from a range of specially selected synthetic felt media, Vokes Microfelt cartridges have excellent depth filtration characteristics and a high dirt holding capacity. Cartridge integrity and filtration performance relies on design features which include welded media seams, filter media bonded to the end caps and the fitting of leak proof seals. Manufactured to high quality control standards, all filter media is batch tested for filtration performance and metal components deburred.
Vokes Microfelt cartridges are available in 10 standard sizes and can be used in multiple cartridge vessels with flow rates typically up to 300m³/h in lubricating oil systems. There are four basic specifications including cartridges capable of withstanding high collapse pressures, high temperatures and chemically aggressive contaminants. Vokes Microfelt cartridges are disposable, ensuring that all collected contaminants are removed from the system when the cartridges are renewed. |

General grade membrane cartridges are designed for general purpose use wherever a cost effective membrane filter is required and is offered in polyethersulfone, nylon, Teflon, and polypropylene. Designed to hold the maximum amount of filter media that can be completely and effectively utilized in a cartridge, General grade membrane filters lower the cost of filtration . Membrane cartridges are flushed with 17+ megohm-cm water to remove potential extraneous manufacturing debris. These cartridge modules are also individually tested. Priced below special purpose cartridges, General grade membrane cartridges are still manufactured with the same careful attention to both quality and performance.

ALMATEC's high-pressure diaphragm pumps have been specially developed for charging filter presses with chemical wastes and special sludge.
With a driving pressure of max. 7 bar, the pumps of series AH build up a delivery pressure of 16 bar on account of the internal pressure boost. These genuine double-action pneumatic diaphragm pumps are available in three sizes with a maximum delivery volume of 4 m³/h (AH 15), 10 m³/h (AH 25) and 20 m³/h (AH 40).
All housing parts in contact with the product are made of PE UHMW. This polymer material is seven times more resistant to abrasion than PP. PE is also more resistant to wear than cast iron, aluminium and even steel.
