Description

Overview
The GVF Series glass vacuum filter is a mobile unit for solid-liquid separation, material drying and removal of impurities. Filter media (cloth, mesh, membrane) are positioned on the funnel; a vacuum pump connected to the glass suction bottle draws filtrate through the filter layer into the bottle. Filtration fineness depends on the chosen filter media specifications.

  • Glass suction bottle made from high borosilicate glass GG-17 (thermal expansion coefficient 3.3)
  • Funnel manufactured in 304 stainless steel with Ø4 mm holes drilled at funnel bottom
  • Frame: aluminum alloy combined with stainless steel
  • Fittings and connectors in 304 stainless steel; glass discharge valve with PTFE core where specified
  • Mobile base with universal wheels and brake for whole-unit movement
