Description

Overview
Designed as a double-layer jacketed glass reactor, the inner vessel is stirred while the jacket circulates heating or cooling media (refrigerant, hot water or hot oil). The sealed reactor operates at atmospheric or reduced pressure and supports stirring, reflux and distillation, making it suitable for pilot and production synthesis in fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and advanced materials.

Technical Features
  • Stainless steel mobile frame with multi-neck reactor lids and full glass assembly including reflux and addition ports, and temperature measurement.
  • G3.3 borosilicate glass inner and outer vessels for chemical and thermal resistance.
  • Alloy-steel mechanical seal with PTFE joints for high-precision sealing under operating conditions.
  • Pt100 temperature probe for accurate temperature control.
  • AC gear motor (Japanese technology) providing high torque and low noise.
  • Double PTFE stirring paddles suitable for low to high viscosity fluids.
  • PTFE discharge valve with movable interface for complete and rapid discharge.

Typical Configuration
  • Stainless steel mobile frame
  • Multi-neck reactor lids and reflux condenser
  • Liquid addition port and Pt100 temperature sensor
  • Alloy-steel mechanical seal with PTFE joints
  • AC gear motor drive and double PTFE stir paddles
  • PTFE discharge valve
