Description

Overview
This single-layer glass reactor VGR Series combines an electric constant-speed stirring system, a heating bath and a glass condenser for evaporation and reflux. During operation the stainless-steel kettle is heated by the bath while an electric stirrer provides controlled mixing. Under vacuum (external vacuum pump required) evaporation efficiency increases; solvent vapor is condensed via an external cooling circuit and returned for reflux or collected. The series requires external vacuum and cooling/reflux devices to form a complete system.

  • All wetted parts made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE for chemical resistance.
  • Main frame: anticorrosion coated cold plate + aluminum alloy; kettle: stainless steel.
  • Independent switching controls for stirring and heating; tilt (ON-OFF) button provided.
  • Electronic stepless speed regulation with knob fine-tuning; speed shown digitally on control box.
  • Digital constant-temperature bath with K-type sensor at kettle bottom and stainless-steel probe.
  • Stirring shaft uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seal to reduce wear and contamination.
  • Vacuum gauge with pointer for real-time vacuum monitoring.
