Description

Short description
Jacketed glass reactors (VGR Series) available in effective volumes from 5 L to 100 L. Constructed from Pyrex 3.3 high-borosilicate glass with SUS 304 holders and PTFE seals; available in jacketed (D) and triple-layer (T) configurations.

CHARACTERISTICS OF USES
Reagents are contained in the inner vessel of the double/triple-layer glass reactor. The jacket/interlayer can be circulated with coolant, water or high-temperature fluid for controlled heating or cooling. The system supports vacuum or atmospheric operation and variable mixing speeds. Suitable for laboratory research, pilot trials and small-scale production in chemistry, fine chemical engineering, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis. Can be integrated with vacuum pumps, low-temperature circulators, circulating coolers and closed cooling/heating systems.

Glass fermenter
Features
  • Digital temperature setting and display for precise control and simple operation.
  • High borosilicate glass (Pyrex 3.3) with stable chemical and physical properties.
  • Wide operational temperature capability (low temperatures to −80°C; features indicate up to 300°C; specification table lists −80°C to 200°C).
  • Operable at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum (vacuum degree below 0.095 MPa in quiet condition).
  • Digital mixing speed display with frequency-conversion speed control for stable stirring (50–500 rpm).
  • Proprietary shaft sealing and PTFE-coated impeller; PTFE (Teflon) seals on shaft and cover.
  • Corrosion-resistant, no-dead-space discharge valve for efficient drainage.
  • Interlayer (jacket) can be fully drained after reaction.
  • Compact, practical overall design suitable for laboratory and pilot environments.
