| Diener Precision Pumps manufacture the highest quality and most accurate precision reciprocating piston pumps in the world. With flow ranges from 0.01ml per stroke up to 5ml per stroke our pumps are designed to give optimum performance over a wide range of applications, including chemical dosing & metering where a controlled volume of fluid needs to be achieved consistently. |
|
Mini Bellows Pump models are ideal for low flow, low pressure metering applications. The pump is constructed entirely of plastic and utilizes GRI's time-proven bellows technology to provide an accurate chemically-resistant metering pump with a long life, at an economical price.
Tandem Pump configurations are available and the flow rate of each bellows module is independently adjustable to provide a wide range of flow rate settings.

The Micro Pumps are used frequently in the fields of analysis and medicine.
CONCEPT
The Micro Diaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps from KNF
are based on a simple principal - an elastic diaphragm,
fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point
by means of an eccentric. In this way the medium is
transferred using automatic valves.
The range of KNF Micro Pumps is for the equipped with the patented stress-optimised structured diaphragm, resulting in a high pneumatic performance, a durable product and compact size. New, very efficient
valves and sealing systems as well as the precise placement of the pump head are some of the other technical features we can offer.
For pump drive we provide a selection of dc motors with
various levels of performance, durability and price.
AREAS OF USE
KNF Micro Diaphragm Pumps are used frequently in the
fields of analysis and medicine.
For instance as pumps for gas measurement, for
example for sampling environmental conditions in the
workplace, or for exhaust gas and smoke analysis or
built into machines for measuring blood pressure.
As they are dc driven, the micro diaphragm pumps are
suited for use in portable and stand-alone equipment |

Suitable for pumping liquids and gases.
The liquid pump Bimor acts as a diaphragm, has no motors or shafts or other troublesome mechanisms and thus minimal vibrations and fewer breakdowns.

|
Compact Bellows Pump models were designed for applications with higher flows and low pressure requirements with a maximum discharge pressure to 5 psi. All Compact Pumps utilize a heavy duty gearbox style gearmotor for long life at an affordable price.
Compact Bellows Pumps are built with the standard crank mechanism which provides for easy flow adjustment over a wide range of flow settings. The Compact Pump is available in one, two, three and four tandem bellows design configurations with independent flow rate adjustment for each bellows module.
