MULTI-THERM™ 500 is the best drainable, dryable and testable, prefabricated, preinsulated piping system for the distribution of low to super heated high pressure steam, high temperature hot water and general fluid transportation systems. The outer conduit is insulated with polyurethane foam insulation and has a jacket of filament wound fiberglass or extruded HDPE jacket. MULTI-THERM™ 500 is a smooth wall, spiral welded, 10 gauge steel conduit. Single or multiple steel carrier pipes can be insulated with any type of pipe insulation. We recommend mineral wool that has passed a certified boiling test. Other options for this piping system include a Leak Detection and Location system.

POLYTHERM® is a fiberglass jacketed, spray applied polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above and below ground distribution of liquids from -320°F to 250°F. PERMA-PIPE's multi-directional filament winding process produces a high strength fiberglass reinforced polyester resin jacket over the insulation for maximum protection from the environment. This high-strength fiberglass jacket is applied to systems having an outside diameter as large as 48 inches. Electric heat tracing is an option with this system.
POLYTHERM®'s spray insulation process assures void-free insulation. By applying insulation before the jacket is applied, complete visual inspection of the insulation is performed. This process assures void-free insulation and therefore, maximum thermal efficiency to provide optimum performance of cryogenic and heat thermal distribution systems. The POLYTHERM® system is fully engineered to job specifications, thereby reducing field costs by providing custom made, factory-fabricated fittings which reduce the number of field connections as compared to the field kit method.

ULTRA-NW™ is an advanced prefabricated, secondary containment piping system for hazardous chemicals, process waste and general fluid transportation. It is a fiberglass clad stainless steel conduit system with no need for cathodic protection.

ULTRA-HT™ is an advanced preinsulated secondary containment piping system for general fluid transportation that requires an insulated steel containment. No need for cathodic protection.
ULTRA-HT™ is the designed for maintaining fluid temperature while containing hazardous fluids. This system complies with Federal regulations for secondary containment of hazardous fluids, that require insulation to maintain their temperature. Drainable, dryable and testable, prefabricated this secondary contained piping system is designed for the distribution of jet fuel, radioactive waste, bio-process waste and chemical transfer. ULTRA-HT™ can be used for above and below grade systems, with no need for cathodic protection. The outer conduit is clad with our filament wound fiberglass cladding .100 mils thick and designed to withstand a 35,000 volt holiday test. ULTRA-HT™ is supplied with stainless or other high alloy pipe and containment. Single or multiple steel carrier pipes can be insulated with any type of pipe insulation. We recommend mineral wool that has passed a certified boiling test. Other options for this piping system include a PermAlert Leak Detection and Location system and electric heat tracing.

This heat transport pipe consists of an inner pipe with a layer of thermal insulating material, and a reinforcing layer formed around the inner pipe. Responding to the need for transporting heated mediums such as steam, and heated or chilled water, this product has been developed and is contributing to the efficient use of energy. For example, heat transport pipes have been installed in area-wide air conditioning systems and other facilities that utilize excess and waste heat or geothermal energy.

Excellent heat insulation at high temperatures
The diffusion barrier and the structure of the CASAFLEX® pipe system guarantee minimal heat losses as well as resistance to high temperatures. Operational temperatures up to 160 °C, peak temperatures up to 180 °C, PN 16/25, DN 20-50.

CALPEX® is a flexible, self-compensating, continuous and heat-insulated pipe system with a medium pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene.
No underground connections
CALPEX® district heating pipes can be supplied in rings of up to 807 m in one piece, depending on the dimensions. This largely eliminates underground connection points.
